This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Add a "Child Check- in" feature on the app

    Parent App should be in sync with each Child's account to allow Parent the ability to "Check-in" & reserve our children into the Youth classes. Consider parents who have more than (1) child enrolled in the Youth Classes, it would help speed up checking in if parents scan ID were connected to their children's classes.

  2. improve class checkin experience

    The app doesn't make it obvious to users that you need to tap the class to check in to get the points. Maybe some text or a tooltip could help?

  3. More spinning classes in the afternoons

    They are only offering two weekly spinning classes in the afternoons and they are always out of places. They should offer this class daily and in two different shifts in the afternoons.

  6. Make booking classes work consistently and clear which classes are free ersus extra fee classes

    Cannot consistently book classes through the app. Zumba, Body Jam, Slow Burn Yoga, Body Combat, all day cannot book through app and email instructor. (I don’t have any emails for instructor). Also, it’s hard to tell which classes are free vs. which classes cost extra. Make it clear by Pilates=$.

  7. Improve class signup

    It is difficult to navigate class signup. Add sort and filter features to make it easier to find and enroll in specific classes.

    Also, remove the validation for instructor email address. As a class participant, I shouldn’t have to be concerned about the back end data. (I was unsuccessful enrolling in 2 different classes because the instructor’s email address was assigned to a different user. I guess I’ll have to sign up for those classes in the old app )

  8. I would like to be able to see where the class location is

    I would like to be able to see where the class location is. If I search multiple locations to find a class I want. I’m only able to see the class times available it have no idea WHERE the class will be

  9. Activate queue for group classes

    The possibility to enroll yourself to a queue in case a group class is full. If someone cancels their spot is given to the next one in queue.

  10. Offer Yoga Classes at the Flores location (San Antonio, TX)

    Please offer yoga and/or stretch classes at the Flores and Military location in San Antonio, TX! Zumba is fun and the strength/hiit and cardio are great, but yoga/stretch will round the other high intensity out.

  12. Seeing who is in class

    For a few months it was possible to see who else was going to be taking class when booking a class. It was nice and motivating being able to see if your friends were attending the class beforehand.

  15. Search for classes by type, not by gym

    Allow class search by type of class rather than searching gym by gym for a yoga class ( or whatever type of class). Laborious searching gym by gym for a class I want to take

  16. Allow the gym location filter to save my search

    I can multi select locations but after I exit the app the filter reset. I want to look at 3 locations at the same time each time I open the all to see where I want to go that day
