We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. Extend Sat & Sun hours to 6pm

    Please consider extending Afterburn Fitness hours to 6p on Sat and Sunday.
    4pm is not helpful for those with families or non 9-5 jobs who like to work out on the weekend.

  4. Put in a sauna at the Robbinsville location

    Put in a sauna at the jersey strong location in robbinsville that is open 24hrs along with the gym is a game changer and great fully/desperately needed.

  5. Add a Sauna

    I’m addicted to using the sauna at other gyms. I would exclusively use 870 Fitness (Marion location) if there was a sauna available. It may not be logistically possible in the building, but perhaps a small exterior “shed” can be added outside equipped with a scan-to-enter keypad, as well.

  6. Provide paper towels

    Paper Towels are not provided. You spill water you have to go to the front for them to find an old towel to wipe it with. How cheap of a gym do you have to be to not provide paper towels or tissues in the restrooms.

    Ability to bring one free guest with $25 and $35 memberships. Other gyms make this an option for members that have a certain membership.

    Red light therapy for the Axiom.on Overland near Meridian
    The new gym on Victory has it, so you might want to offer it. It is getting more popular.

    Provide a button with the option to see the current gym capacity. Other gyms offer this to their members so they can see how many people are at thebgym and avoid going when it's too crowded.

  11. members to purchase membership day pass again through the app vs going to the membership site

    There needs to be an option to re-purchase day passes off the app versus going to the membership site and completing the enrollment process every single time. This would be very beneficial for my members of my gym. Gym master has this option.

  13. Billing

    There should be information in the app on who to contact in reguards to billing issues. I got over charged because the app messed up my input when I was placing my routing number into the app to switch from using the Mac card. It is really convenient for people who are deaf to just do thing via apps rather than in person bc no one know American Sign Language. It is convenient for people with disabilities.

  14. Calorie counter

    I’d like to add a free calorie counter with out the possibility of a monthly payment. Something that’s easy to use and understand along with up to date restaurant locations if dusted to go out to eat based on menu items tp grocery items from various grocery chains.

  16. Equipment issue notification

    To notify staff that equipment is malfunctioning or broken. For example: Red Light Therapy is not turning red indicating there is an issue with it or when previously serviced they put tanning bulbs in instead

  17. Women's only section to gym

    With numerous machines that is women don't like using when others are around or gym is busy bc it puts us in compromising positions or just don't want the worry of wandering eyes on us when doing certain movements.

  19. Report online a broken machine by ref number

    When a machine breaks down or isn't working, report it with in the app by machine reference number. Giving a short description of the failure. This will make the staff aware to take action.

  20. Towels

    Feel like it’s incredibly unsanitary to not provide towels at all locations. Also, if a brand has this many locations, it really should provide customers towels. Very normal gym feature. Have been to 3 locations no towels. Don’t know why you put so much effort into these extra features when the basics aren’t covered.
