Notification for upcoming payments
If you’re going to charge an “overdue” fee for a single declined payment at the top of the day that it’s due, you should probably also have an option for upcoming payments. Otherwise it seems a bit illegal.

Add opening hours, especially holiday hours!!!
Nowhere does it show the gym opening hours. Not in the app, on the website or google maps. I should have to call (and be put on hold for 10+ mins) or show up to know at what time you close.

Kids Center Timer
I know we all would like to track how long our kids have been checked in to the center. But what if we were to utilize the reminders the app already sends out for classes and appointments but have it send out a 15 minute reminder when there is 15 minutes left of the 2hrs allowed time in the kids center? That way for parents that lose track of time it will pop up automatically letting them know they've got 15 minutes to finish up and head the the center to grab the little ones. Adding your MÜV Fitness ID to Apple Wallet allows for convenient access to your membership information and check-in at the gym. Instead of having to generate a code through the app. Can we please bring this feature to the app

New App update missing classes
New update (Dec '25) is TERRIBLE!!!!!! There is no way to search for classes. It's just an empty box. I'm supposed to type in a class I want? How? You change the names all the time. I can't search for 2 weeks out any more. It's literally 1 day at a time. I'm finding this plus the removal of many classes at my gym with no replacement offered (1 instructor left for a few months) for those time slots. Very little variety. I can't even confirm this in the app now. Please fix tech people.

Chat feature to report problems in real time
It would be nice to have a chat feature where members can share issues in real time. Sometimes there is a weird man working out in the womens center, or unattended teenagers destroying property in the sauna, and there's no way to immediately inform staff without leaving to go to the front desk
