We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    I think It’d be a great idea to have a section in the app explaining everything you can do with your membership and all the details of the premium bonuses

  7. Better way to check different gyms for classes

    Make the app easier by having different pages for yhe different gyms. Do something else. Having three different screens just to choose one gym you want to see the classes on is a waste of space.

  10. Darker and larger font

    I like the days that are easily identifiable from one to another.
    But some part of the description, such as the name of the instructor, is to light; very hard to read for older folks.

  11. 1. The app wouldn't connect at all for 2 weeks 2. It took roughly 4-5 weeks for the videos to upload on my android phone frustrating!!!?!!!

    Give discount by extending free services for the time period the app didn't fully work. Don't charge myself or the trainer for the app distinctions. I told my trainer and the gym manager for weeks that app wasn't working.

  13. Reverse filter.

    Filter by what I don’t want to see. We have swim lanes available every 30 minutes. I would like to exclude those from my search but see everything else.

  14. Using Contrast Colors in App

    I would highly recommend using black font on white background for links like “Find a Class” or “See More”. It is very difficult to view yellow on white for most people. Generally, high contrast colors are safe bets, like black on white. So many people have some form of color-blindness. I don’t, but even I have missed the links cause the yellow just doesn’t contrast against the white. Thanks, Deirdre.

  15. A virtual map of the gym

    A virtual map(or at least printed) of an over head view of the gym, showing each exercise workstation(its name matching the app) would be great! It would also ne nice to categorize "zones" as cardio, free weight, etc

  17. Please synergize with other gyms

    I'm a member of multiple gyms, utilizing the best apps for tracking progress! Start collaborations outside of your gym so we can use the best of other apps with yours. Like I'm tracking Splat points.

  18. Multiple users under parents app

    Have the app allow multiple gym users so that we can sign our children up for kids classes such as BJJ but maintain one app and still be able to add classes for myself as well

  20. Filter by date

    Get rid of the annoying filter by date option. Can never see the classes I want to because it sets annoying perimeters and is a pain Change. The filter part is nice but have it preset so there isn't set perimeters
