We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Kids Center Timer

    I know we all would like to track how long our kids have been checked in to the center. But what if we were to utilize the reminders the app already sends out for classes and appointments but have it send out a 15 minute reminder when there is 15 minutes left of the 2hrs allowed time in the kids center? That way for parents that lose track of time it will pop up automatically letting them know they've got 15 minutes to finish up and head the the center to grab the little ones.   2. Connect to Garmin, Fitbit, something. New app is horrible. Where are hours? Website designer needs a brain.

  10. The ability to change our gym location.

    When opening the app it associates me to the location I first signed up at, but I haven't been to thar location since. Id like the one I go to most often to be my default

  11. I’d appreciate if the app had an option to add the qr code to apple wallet

    It would be way easier for users to find the QR code in the apple wallet app by just clicking the side button instead of finding the Golds Gym app and then getting the code inside the app.
    Also I would really appreciate if you guys finally add to the NorCal icon the dark mode. It’s very annoying when all the icons turn dark except golds gym

    The new, smaller size of the QR code causes scanning issues for utilizing some recovery equipment. Please revert to the old, larger size.

  15. Add Membership Perk Tracker to App

    Add a feature in the app that keeps track of all the “freebies” you have each month depending on which membership you have to begin with and what’s left. Also an easy way/link to get to some of the perks different memberships have since some of them you need to make an appointment for

    Add STRAVA to every EōS Fitness App.

    EōS Trainer.
    And any other app related to the company. It sucks adding everything by hand or having multiple apps to record information.

  17. Smaller font, smaller badges, less white space

    I want to be able to see more on one page with less scrolling. Some of the square badges are huge! Why can't I make them smaller, make the font smaller, etc.?

  18. Towel count status

    Our membership level gives us a specific number of free sweat towels and/or a charge for shower towels. I would like to know how many towels I have left in my monthly allotment and not be surprised by extra charges.
