We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Have a history available of all measurements and other logged information. Graph of each. If this is already available, I didn’t see it.

    Also, have clear directions on the homepage for this feature.

  2. Additional field

    Give us a field where I can record either the color or the strength (number of pounds) of the band I'm using for an exercise. Shouldn't have to remember for each exercise, and today there is no way to record progress.

  4. There should be a feature where you can reserve massage chair time slots.

    Just add a feature to book the massage chair. Better than coming in hoping to use the chair at that time only to find out you gotta come back in an hour or 2. I think that would be fairly simple to implicate. Mahalo in advance 🙏🏾🤙🏾

  8. Sync all Equipment available with Fitbod app

    It would be awesome to somehow sync all available equipment with apps like FitBod so you could select your gym and all available machines, equipment appear so you don't have go pre-load. Helps with accurate suggestions from the app.

  9. Need personalized link for gym referrals/free pass

    There used to be a way to txt a gym pass with a personalized link so the member could get credit. That has been lost with the club4 app

  10. When comparing photos on the app make the boarders disappear

    When comparing photos in the app, the grey boarder covers nearly 50% of the photos. I would suggest adding a feature that allows you to turn off the boarder or tapping the screen to remove it or something similar.

    Clicking links like Rewards tagged you to a site to log in again. If going through the app, signing you on would be helpful

  16. Adding pass to apple wallet does not work

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    Don’t know if it is just my phone, but I cannot add the entry pass to my apple wallet from the new Golds BC gym app. It keeps saying “try again” or “add later”.

  17. I would suggest that I have email address of the managers trainers on the website for people who are deaf and hard of hearing.

    I would suggest having email addresses of the managers and the trainers on the website for people who are deaf and hard of hearing to contact and can take away a of of the stress with getting back to people as soon as possible.

  18. Select multiple gym locations

    To able to set your favorite gym locations to your profile and be able to see what classes are available in every location. When I try to set more than one location it won’t stay set. I have to alway go and apply the locations ever time I want to look at other locations schedule. Make it more user friendly so you don’t have to keep going back and forth to see other locations schedules.
