We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

    My trainer has added me to a group so he can post announcements, but now every task I complete is also posted in the group. I want to keep completing tasks, but I don't need the group to be notified when I take my supplements every day...

  3. I would like to track my activity: How many miles I ran, what classes i participated in, etc.

    I want to track my activity. Similar to the app runkeeper, I’d like to track how many miles I’ve ran, my time, etc. I would also like to track what classes I’ve taken part in, etc.

  6. Bring back the weight loss goals section

    I miss from the old app the weigh loss goals section. It tracked my weight loss. I was able to see when I should meet my goals. How many calories I should burn in a day. That whole section was very important to me.

  10. Let members know by email and social media like Instagram when new equipment is coming in. Show pics and videos like other gyms

    Most gyms continually replace old equipment with newer state of the art machines. Members at Jersey Strong need to know the company is investing in updating their old equipment and not just raising membership monthly pricing.

    We use to have a screen where we could view discounts but that no longer exist with the new app. It would also be great to see our special events such as happy hours.

  14. Make membership card barcode be vertical in the app.

    Every time I go to the app to get my membership card the bard code is hard to scan. When I go and add it my wallet on my iPhone it’s the right way but the barcode won’t scan. I always have to have my phone number looked up to check me in.

    I frequently forget to scan myself out on the way out the door. I won't remember until I'm home. I feel bad taking up occupancy when I'm not there. Can the app have a button to check out remotely?

  16. Default view for My Progress Icons

    My Progress icons on the main page or Rocket has 4 that automatically show on their screen. The main things that make sense in a gym are Photos, Weight, Body Fat, and Lean Mass. These aren't the 4 that automatically show up. We should either switch it to be auto on these 4 or just have them all show up would be even better. Clients don't know how to go in and switch these things and it's just another thing for us to have to do to every person. We are already time crunching so this would be appreciated

  17. Connect the Life Fitness app to the Club 4 app to track workouts on the cardio machines

    In the gym we can connect to the Life Fitness cardio machines to track distances and calories and what not, but there isn’t a way to connect that info to the CLUB4 app.

    This app tracks walks and runs outside, and caloric expenditure. It would be nice to import these automatically. Just a suggestion.

  19. Sync better with Fitbit

    Having fit bit connect automatically. Majority of the time of when my fit bit syncs the app doesn’t recognize the sync. I have to go into the app and ask if to sync.

  20. Ability to pay ahead for membership at any time

    Allow me to pay ahead like before when I get paid and leave the auto draft also. Maybe I want to pay ahead 3 months so I know it's already taken out
