Access to freeze and unfreeze membership through the app
The app should allow access to freeze or unfreeze your membership. You should not have to call in for something so simple. Saves customer and gym staff time.

Just on the like the previous app get rewarded points for each time you visit the gym also time you are at the gym anniversaries etc. etc.

Create own workout
Since the apps are merging, let the new app have a create your own workout feature. Not just the trainer. Since not everyone has trainers. It’s one thing I lived on the old app.

Bring back the point system for check-ins and other fitness challenges
Use the point system like before and have give aways for certain points accumulations. Get some workout/sweat towels for purchase and giveaways For points. Should also get shaker cups and t shirts to give away/sell for points.

Mark some classes as Favorites
Provide the ability to mark upcoming classes & events that you are interested in. The marked favorites could also prompt notification reminders and be tentatively added to the calendar as another way to remember.

Ability to change home gym location
We need to be able to change home gym location to where we actually book classes. Right now I have to search and select the location EVERY TIME I WANT TO LOOK FOR THE CLASS at my home gym!!!! Not very effective at all.
The app should NOT lock you in on the location where you signed up originally, especially when there are no classes offered at that location.

Class Equipment required
Add equipment that needs to be used for classes.
Example: boxing gloves, boxing shoes (not required) or clean bare feet.
Yoga: mat
On equipment the gym does not provide or guest would like to bring their own equipment.
Some guest might not like to show feet for kickboxing this would help guest be more prepared for classes without feeling discouraged on any classes guest might want to join.356 votes -
Enter our own workouts
Can you make it so we can enter our own workouts, I like to track my workouts. Would be nice to do it all in one app. Should be simple to do, programming is already there just need to open app permissions to members and not just trainers.

make cancelling class more intuitive or visible
On the booked classes it’s better to show the cancel button above the mark attented compared to having cancel button as subset on the 3 buttons On top right corner

In case of not being able to come to booked class I should be able to cancel it from app so someone else can book it.

Alternative workouts to deal with injuries
I suffered a shoulder injury back in June that is still healing.
It precludes me from doing upper body workouts that stress the shoulders/upper back area.
I would love to see alternative exercises to not strain active injuries, while still strengthening the body.229 votes
