Send push notifications when the gym is closing due to inclement weather or power outages. Also, send notifications if the pool is to be closed for any reason. Send another notification for when the gym or pool is back open

I can multi select locations but after I exit the app the filter reset. I want to look at 3 locations at the same time each time I open the all to see where I want to go that day

Sync Body Measurements from Apple Health
I have a smart scale at home which tracks weight, lean mass, body fat percentage, etc. and records it in Apple Health. Presently, that’s not one of the metrics that the app syncs, so I have to manually copy it over. It would be nice if those metrics synced too.
If I were to guess, I assume this wasn’t implemented because they want consistency of measurement from the gym’s equipment, but it seems like that could be handled with a source filter. Additionally, the individual measurements aren’t all that significant, it’s the trend which matters.

Have Child care hours posted in the app
Along with hours of operation there should be hours for child watch. I’m a single mom so my son is with me all the time and I often forget there are only specific times he can go to the gym.

In app suggested work out routines for members who prefer to self-train. Perhaps a quick quiz to enter level of difficulty and experience, and suggest weekly body weight routines, basic equipment routines, and maybe include gym equipment routines based on available machines in the location the member works out.

tracks how often you go to the gym
when you scan your barcode to get in the gym it will ad to a counter in the app showing how many times you’ve been to the gym in total. you could add to it and have different tabs to open a weekly tracker with a number of how many times you went in or monthly or yearly.

Membership packages
Indicate current membership package, provide a list of possible membership/ family packages, benefits entitled to each package, and costs to upgrade or degrade possible packages. How much is it to add another member on our plan, how much is it to bring a friend, etc. Anything that has a separate or single session fee should be listed in the price plans.
Also, provide hours available for said packages. Example: recovery package is only available from 9AM-10PM, personal training from 9AM-5PM, BJJ is available from this time to this time, etc. If all packages and benefits are only available during specific…

Easy membership cancellation
you should absolutely have a button that if clicked allows you to easily cancel your membership. there are so many reviews saying they are still being charged or that their membership hasn’t been canceled in months and that is absolutely ridiculous. having an easy way on the app to cancel your membership isn’t just considerate, it’s necessary

Don't overlap classes
The classes tend to overlap making it hard to take a couple classes back to back. After doing a Strength class it would be nice to cool down with Yoga for instance.

Make points for attending classes automatic when you check into the gym.
I've noticed that I have very sporadically been earning points for classes I take. I was told this might be because someone at the regional level has to do this manually. It should happen as quickly as the points for gym check in.
