This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  2. More class times and variety!

    More variety in classes such as Pilates, mat pilates, boot camp classes, more yoga options like Yin Yoga, power flows, candlelight yoga. And more available times.

  3. Allow users to use the app without a trainer

    After a certain point, When I no longer use my trainer, I'm told I will lose access to the app. But let me keep using it, or have a separate app for users without a trainer. The rep tracking and exercise planning it great and Is a solid app on its own.

  4. Include text note for each exercise

    Certain exercises use resistance bands, which are best described by their color. It would be nice to be able include either: (1) letters where the ‘lbs’ section is; or (2) a note for the particular exercise to notate which color band (as an example) was used for that exercise.

  5. Gym Traffic - Best Times

    Given that we all have to use an app to scan in when utilizing the gym. There should be a way to ad a section to the app showing low, medium and high traffic average usage of the gym on a daily basis. The data should accumulate daily and monthly so we can gauge best times of day for low to medium traffic, so the members that have flexibility can. See and pick and choose low or medium traffic times.

  6. Ability to copy/paste custom workouts

    Custom WODs should be able to be saved and copied to other dates. I have to recreate the same workout every other day.

  7. Allow you to schedule classes farther out

    Allow us to schedule for classes up to a few weeks in advance. If I have to wait until 24-48hrs to book I sometimes forget or decide to skip instead. Booking in advance allows me to hold myself accountable to use the gym

  8. Bring back the check in history

    It’s nice to be able to see how many times per month you checked in.. makes you really see the benefit of a gym membership and motivates you to beat the previous months check in count

  10. Classes Week-at-a-glance

    Access on mobile and/or web app to view classes offered at each location the entire week-at-a-glance. This would allow for planning the users week across several locations and promote variety rather than participating in the same classes every week. Reduces user scrolling through long list of classes. Easier to view and plan cardio, weights etc to achieve a well balanced week an avoid a routine of doing the same classes every week. Post a pdf of the week that some locations have at the front desk on paper. On line would be more eco-friendly and easier to update.

  11. Add the ability to copy entire workouts over to other days of the week.

    Users need to be able to copy entire workouts over to other days of the week. Many of us repeat the same exercises during our workouts, so we need to be able to copy entire workouts from day to day. This is a basic need and a major shortcoming of the app.

  12. Ability to select home gym and 2 other gyms I frequent. I go to 3 gyms close to my home. Some might have a gym near home and gym near work

  13. Bring back the activity tracker that shows what level you’re at. It was super motivating!

    The previous app tracked your workouts and gave you an activity level, like silver, gold, platinum etc.
    This feature was super motivating to push harder to maintain a level or level up.

  18. Gym capacity / number of people

    Is there a way to see how much full is the gym? I dont see why not, everyone scams on entering the gym so they know how many people is there.

    Doesnt need to say the number but mainly say if its empty, med of full. Or use a bar to measure. I have seem this feature on PLANET FITNESS

  19. great app. But would be nice if we could copy a previously completed workout to a fire date so we don’t have to recreate the workout again.

    Allow users to copy previously completed workout so we don’t have to recreate those workouts. If you “Move” a previously completed workout and then revert it to “scheduled” you lose the historical information associated to the exercises in that workout.

  20. Classes for beginners

    I believe there should be some beginner classes especially Pilates and Bootcamp . I understand all are welcomed to the classes but for someone who’s new to working out, those classes with intermediate/expert level skills can be very intimidating. The instructor moves fast and if I’m new to the program I want to learn the proper skills and techniques.
