We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Be notified when a selected class is open for sign-up

    In the old system, we could mark a class that isn’t open for enrollment yet so that as soon as enrollment was available, we’d be notified via notification that it was now available for enrollment

  2. Make an LFG

    Make a looking for group chat where members can connect and look for other members doing similar workouts or new workout partners. I feel like this would help new members become more comfortable in the environment and seasoned members when gym schedules are thrown off due to life events.

  4. Class check in

    You used to be able to check in on the app sooner and now classes aren't released to check in till much later. It would be nice to be able to plan out the month again.

  6. Shelby, MI Body Balance

    Bring back class to Sat. Mornings. It's a great class for mind, body, stretching, balance. Perfect for ALL ages. The weekend is only when I can go due to work. You don't offer on weeknights so I looked forward to this class. Thanks!

  7. Equipment

    I've been a dedicated member of the gym for a while now, and I truly enjoy the facilities and services offered. I believe that enhancing our gym experience could be beneficial for all members. I'd like to suggest a few additions that I think would be great improvements:

    1. A sauna: This would be fantastic for post-workout relaxation and recovery.
    2. A massage chair: It could provide members with an extra incentive to unwind and recover after their workouts.
    3. A trampoline: This can add variety to workouts and make exercise more enjoyable. 4.Yoga blocks:these would be a great addition for members who…

  8. Do not allow people to sign up for a class a week in advance. Should only be 24 hours ahead max. Some classes are booked up days in advance.

  12. You all should build a gym in Maryville, TN

    There is only a planet fitness and national fitness! National fitness has all the same amenities but is $50/month minimum. And planet fitness is cheap but doesn’t have same amenities! As a woman that’s moving to Maryville so I personally love the women’s locker being locked and women’s only gym! I also love my sauna and don’t wanna leave because of that! This has been my favorite gym and with me moving soon it wil break my heart to leave
