We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Include virtual classes in check in history

    My employer reimburses my membership fee, but set a minimum # of visits to be eligible. If I have a busy workday, I love that we have the option for virtual classes, just would like this to show as part of my check in history.

  4. After reserving a class, the app should take you back on the date you left off.

    Not some random date and you have to scroll down all over again figuring out where you were previously

  5. Access to classes at all clubs for those of us with multiple access

    I’m not able to access the gym nearest me in order to sign up for classes why am I not able to access all locations classes to sign up?

  6. An option to pay through the app

    My payment didn’t go through. Rather than locking someone out of open pass you should be given the option to make payments.. especially if you’re gonna charge me triple if my card declines

  9. Combine accounts for payment history

    My husband and I split the charges every month for TFF however my account reflects a lesser charge every month. When I report this to my employers for reimbursement, I will get back less because our accounts are separate. Would be nice if there was a way to have 1 account rather than 2.

  10. App should time out after a few minutes

    Sometimes I look up my scheduled exercises, do two or three in a row, then get out my phone to look at the next exercise and find that it’s been on in my pocket the whole time, wasting battery, if I don’t remember to press the close/sleep button on my phone. The app should time out after 3 minutes or so like every other app (except actively playing Netflix/similar) on an iPhone does. Doesn’t need to be blaring full screen lights in My pocket.

  13. Show training room

    Instead of showing “club evexia” as the location for my class, show the specific room where the class will be held (eg “expand room” or “exert room”) so I know where to go without having to navigate to the class descriptions separately

  14. tracks how often you go to the gym

    when you scan your barcode to get in the gym it will ad to a counter in the app showing how many times you’ve been to the gym in total. you could add to it and have different tabs to open a weekly tracker with a number of how many times you went in or monthly or yearly.
