    This is so important and sad that the industry doesnt make enough noise about monitoring it. It would definitely be first of it's kind.
    Female hormonal imbalance is a huge factor in achieving results.
    Right now my clients are sending me screenshots of their tracking app so I can periodise their program accordingly and open the discussion on whether their nutrition isnt the only thing they need to be mindful of
