I think this is a critical issue for those training virtually. Trainers and clients have the ability to get on 5' before a session is set to schedule, but also run 5' after a session is completed. If there's no buffer, it's nearly impossible to get from one virtual session to another without reducing a clients paid time. Although we can put a buffer in when we schedule clients manually, but any prospect links or if a client schedules themselves, does not give us time. The last thing I want to do is not get online with a prospect on time - very unprofessional!
