    Reflection fields for every day: 1) what were your wins? Why? 2) what were your obstacles or losses? Why?

    It would be very helpful to be mindful of this every day and to see your patterns for why or why not you are making progress, ie what are your unique behaviors that contributing to your progress (or your non progress)?

  2. Put in timer beside exercises that you do for a specific period of time. Ex. 1 min plank or 30 sec high knees.

  9. When the trainer sets a timed exercise automatically have a timer for that time so your circuit flows better and you don't have to stop
