  3. Easier exercises for beginners. Its a great feeling to complete a exercise and to have Burpees in your second exercise is to hard.

    I agree. I just did my 1st and had walk out pushups. 266 lbs and that set would kill me. No one is here to help me get off the floor.

  4. When you have back to back reps, have a 5 seconds to transition to different weight/position/area.
