  2. Be able to edit workouts or substitute exercises without “starting” the workout

    This 100%. Even when there is a substitute exercise listed in the intro, it is not included in the workout plan and must be searched for, and then no credit for sub out for that exercise, only for the only you are not doing which it was designed to sub for.
