    In addition to the ideas listed here, it would be great to be able to see total weekly sets performed for each muscle group.

    Example: I may know that I want a client performing 18 sets of back exercises during a week, but I may have that split over 3 days where day 1 is 3 sets, day 3 is 8 sets, and day 5 is 7 sets.

    Currently I track plan this out in a spreadsheet and then adjust the clients plan accordingly. If I had a way to track this while I was programming it would greatly reduce my time.
