    Thank you for continuing to vote and add feedback to this post! 


    I know it's been planned for a while, but I wanted to pop in here and let you all know that we're working on getting this right. It's part of a larger release that will have this feature along with others you will love. It's on our roadmap and will definitely be coming to Trainerize.

    Id love to have a form to send to clients every 2/4 weeks for comoliance and general biofeedback. I am able to design the questions. It could be similar to the consultation form sent out at the beginning of a clients program.
