Hi guys,
I would like to combine a gym program and a running or cardio program. Example would be for my athletes that play rugby or my marathon athletes that need gym work as well.Rupert Oberholster supported this idea ·

This would be great for my profesional athletes. I am also a rehab specialist and S&C coach. I prescribe a lot of Prehab excercises to my athletes as well as rehab programs when they get unjured.
