We are continually upgrading your fitness app with new features based on your feedback. Please add a new idea, or vote on an existing idea. This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  3. Make "Like" thumbs up on client activity a different color after it's clicked

    The new quick like feature for client activity is a great addition - but the fact that it doesn't change color to indicate that it's already been clicked makes it impossible to remember which activity you've already interacted with. It would be helpful for it to go from the outlined "thumbs up" to a filled-in "thumbs up".

  4. uploading gif files when adding a new workout.

    When constructing a new workout, be able to upload a gif instead of a mp4 or mov file. Maybe set it up so the site can read gifs or have an automatic file converter built right in.

  5. Allow more than one exercise with the same name

    Many of us have different ways in explaining exercises and often someone else’s explanation is not what we are looking for.

  6. For the progress pic uploads, can you pls include 2 side options for L and R?

    Sometimes clients exhibit different issues and asymmetries on their left vs right side - it would be helpful to be able to upload photos of both side for better comparison! Thanks :)

  7. centralized messaging - remove comments and just use messages

    Currently my client messages me from several different areas in the platform. All messaging should be centralized or at the least sync into one messaging center. Is there a way to centralize all messages. For example, anytime my client completes a workout for the day, the message I send to congratulate her is only visible in the notification for the workout she completed. It does not sync to Primary Messaging. Is there a way to get it to sync so I am not going in so many areas to find messages sent?

  9. Multiple administrative accounts

    Is there any hope of having multiple admin accounts so that each trainer on the team could have their own Trainerize pay system and bank details? This would help Trainers that act as contractors united their own clients under one "umbrella" network of PTs.

  11. Multiple bank accounts on the one profile. This way can assign clients to their trainers and make payments easier.

    Have trainers bank details on the app. This will allow the manager to make simple payments when they have new assigned clients.

  12. auto emails for weight loss achievements

    Even if a habit/goal has not yet been met, if a client is, e.g. trying to loose 20lbs, and logs that they are down 5lbs, it'd be nice for an auto generated message to be sent cheering them on for their accomplishment and encouraging them.

  14. 75 sec for interval timer

    I often like programming with 75sec rest, it seems like a natural progression of all the numbers here. Can we have this included or elect exact numbers on a time wheel?

  17. client's being able to utilize the interval timer on the desktop app.

    I have older clients that would like to utilize their desktop or laptop to complete the circuits with timers.
