Clients would like members to be able to view their membership type and amenities in the app. For example if I am a Gold member (level higher than Basic) the member should see they have access to: Gym 24 hours, Tanning Beds, Towel Service, 1 complimentary Smoothie (once a month). Also would love to have a comparison for "If I upgrade to Platinum, I would get these additional amenities: 2 PT training sessions, pool access, tennis courts.4 votes

If a member is expired, the error should indicate such.
Telling a member their payment was “declined” in today's world causes them stress/anxiety thinking they were hacked, or there is a problem with their payment cards. This is especially a problem for us when we are the “new” billing/software company taking over a club's members. I think we would all agree that is not in line with the experience we want to project, and perhaps is something we can have addressed in a future patch?
