Food list
Put the simple foods first.
I search for a simple fruit and get all kinds of foods. I have to keep scrolling to find a simple fruit, or eggs, or vegetable.3 votes -
Need to be able to input macros accurately and not rounded up or down for example protein
When inputting foods not already in the database you can't put protein, carbs or fats as anything but a whole number so need to round up or down. Little things add up and getting macros right is important

I have used MyNetDiary for many years because it syncs much more nutrition data to Apple Health.fast and accurate. You can even use AI by taking a photo of your plate and it’s very accurate for this.

PLEASE integrate with Lose It
PLEASE make Lose It work with this app. MyfitnessPal is incredibly difficult to use, not as easy to find my foods, and riddled with ads. I have been using Lose It for years now and would love to be able to just integrate the data I have with Trainerize

Recipe Option
I saw a recipe builder mentioned, but I cannot find it in the app. I cook / make all my own good and putting it in one ingredient at a time is insane.

Micronutrients list customization
Give the ability to choose the micro nutrients shown on the list when entering a custom food. Most labels do not have all of the options given, and it is very time-consuming to find the appropriate micro nutrient you were trying to add. If the list cannot be customized, please consider putting them in alphabetical order so they might be more quickly and easily found, or put the more common ones at the top of the list.
For example, carotene is higher on the list than trans fat. Most labels don’t give us that information and it’s frustrating to try…1 vote -
Purge misspelled food entries
Get rid of or edit incomplete/inconsistent entries. For instance the library may show sweet potatoes as an option and then the same entry with a verified badge. We need to get rid of unnecessary entries in the library or ones that are missspelled/mislabeled. Some of the nutrients are not listed

Water intake should be tracked DAILY
Add a water intake tracker to monitor fluid DAILY intake as part of a balanced nutritional plan. Hydration is an important aspect of fitness and wellness. Possibly integrate reminders, too, and encouragement when daily water requirements are met-not just every few days

Having more options available to sync your nutritional data, such as Weight Watchers.

Remove requiring take a photo of your food from meal entry, and make it an option
It slows me down when I have to cancel out of take a photo of your food. I never take photos of my food and I find it really annoying that it’s required. Every time I put my food into the program. Please remove this as a requirement.

Nutrition calorie
I get that you added an in app meal tracker and for some people that’s great. However, some of us have been using outside apps for years and don’t wanna lose that data. Also, outside apps tend to have thousands of entries for items you purchased at the grocery store, name brands, etc. I get that you want to offer the in app option but I think it should just be that - an option. Would be terrific if the calories that I see in my apple health app could be reflected here without me having to make double entries.…

Additional food tracking app
Allow app to connect with Cronometer. It's another food tracking app that doesn't make you pay for a barcode scanner and makes tracking much easier than myFitnessPal while being free.

Better food info
What pulls up when I type foods in is absolute chaos. Nevermind that the photos NEVER work and it prompts you EVERY TIME. Better, more concise information is needed otherwise this is just a waste of time.

Counter for macros
Is there a way to enter our suggested macro targets. I know it currently shows eaten macros. But would be nice to see what’s left as we eat. For example, if my goals were 150g protein, 20g fat, 70g carb. Of we ate breakfast with 20g protein, 10g fat, 45g carbs. Then when we went to add lunch, it would show 140g protein left, 10g protein, 15gcarb. Until the end of day.
