An option to set calendar date format to DD/MM/YYYY
An option to set calendar date format to DD/MM/YYYY, currently in the format of MM/DD/YYYY which isn't used on my country (I couldn't see an option to change it, there may be one)

Video Catalog Filters
Add filters so we can sort by muscle group, etc.,

Make work and rest periods more customizable
Currently there is a limited number of work and rest periods available when creating an interval workout. The choice is rather small.
This makes certain workouts (such as kettlebell half pentathlon, certain CrossFit benchmarks etc) either impossible to program correctly or just awkward to run.
It would be better if work / rest periods could be customizable in 5-second intervals for at least 3 minutes. Plus there need to be 6,7,8, and 9 minute work and rest periods too.1 vote -
Redo workout videos
The videos are disjointed. So, there is a lot of stopping to switch from one to another. Have a more seamless experience.

Thumbnail for workouts
Ability to set a thumbnail for each workout (rather than it taking the first frame of the first exercise video.
The workouts lists look messy and it’s hard for clients and trainers to easily identify their workouts.
The same goes for exercises - allow us to choose a frame or upload a thumbnail for each exercise in our libraries.
At the same time allow for static image and gif’s to be uploaded to exercises (addition to the option for videos)

Im not sure if this progra is widely known but i have been attending G.L.A.D knee and hip program, and now i am in the G.L.A.D back program
This program is from Sweden, I believe. It is for us overweight sedentary individuals, who have k ee, hips, and or back pain which is preventing us from moving.

Suggestions for weights on dumbbells
It would be great to have an idea of suggested weight for each workout. Newbies to working out (like me) have no idea where to start. Some exercises require heavier while others are lighter. So knowing the suggestion would be so helpful

Different search features
Ability to search and choose workouts by workout type and body parts. Example, search “legs with dumbbells” or quads or glutes, etc…
Not all exercises have videos, that’s kind of frustrating.

Allow the option to get email messages or text outside of the app.

Please add the ability to copy a workout and to create a template workout that can be added to different days and modified.
Having the ability to create a template, and then to reuse or assign that template to a workout of the day would be ideal. It’s easier to create a template and then to edit that preexisting template to quickly modify a workout or to simply use a standard previously created workout. Having the ability to create templates that can be saved and reused or edited would be fantastic.

Have all the same style of video with no "ads" at the start
I am new to working out with weights and it's so frustrating watching the video and having to wait through the add. Also hard as you aren't looking at the same person/environment. I think it would be great to have the exercises done by Ash for example.

Add more types of loaded carries - waiter’s walk, suitcase carry, bottoms up carry, etc.

In addition to “time” or “weight” or “reps”, also add distance for loaded carries, farmers walks, etc.

More dashboard options for workout routines
I would like more exercises/workouts on our dashboard so we have more options of what we want to do and/or add to our routine.

Extra box in the "Activity". "fitness class"
When you log an exercise class it would be nice to add ( in a wee box). What class
