Keep previous nutrition goals in past goals
When coach changes nutrition goal, I want to see a list of previous nutrition macro goals. Not just the current one. This way my coach can see when they changed the numbers and how long it’s been before tweaking them again.

Ability to plan your own workout in advance so you don’t waste time at the gym.
There seems to be no way to plan a workout at home so it’s ready to go when you hit the gym. This either wasted a lot of time during the workout which means rest periods are fluid and unplanned or the workout is done and entered at home later which means accuracy is suspect.

Increase Character limit
Increase character limit for exercises so you can write detailed instructions for individual exercises in addition to sets/reps - especially useful when doing Freestyle workouts

For the trainer to see what weight you been lifting then tell you what to lift.

Show step count on calendar
Show steps on calendar when looking at clients week showing their steps along with calorie burn & calorie intake.

Make the app quicker.
So whenever I click on something, it always takes a few seconds to take me to the other page and it annoys me. It would be great if this is fixed!

Series creation of workout group.
Series creation of workout group. When creating or modifying a group or individual exercises, allow also which days of the coming week or month to repeat the workout.

Connect to senssun
I regularly use the SenssunHealth scales and app to monitor body weight, fat / muscle % etc and sync this to both the Apple Health app and MyFitnessPal.
It would be useful to be able to pull this data in to the trainerize app either through Apple health or through SenssunHealth directly, rather than manually entering weight and fat%.

Don’t track warm ups
It would be better for warm up to have separate tracking from all other exercise, otherwise your warms are counted as a full workout...then when you’ve reached say 100 workouts...that’s not actually accurate....if 25% of those were warm ups tracked.

Activities a drop down to enter other like stretching or other equipment and with the equipment manage the according to whats on the readings on the meter for that equipment

Sync exercises completed on apps such as MapMyRide or MapMyRun etc. Data such as how many calories burned and distance travelled as duration
Data such as how many calories burned and distance to be shown. Calories consumed is carried over through MyFitnessPal but no exercise data is.

Give a few seconds between, to transition
Add some time between each exercise.
Announce what the next exercise is.
Run the demonstration during the exercise sp you dont have to pause and watch and then resume the workout.
Maybe make it voice activated to pause and start or start demonstration.10 votes -
make rewatching/replay videos available
I’m on Day 2 and wanted to rewatch a video from Day 1, but it didn’t allow me to play it. Would be good to be able to rewatch any video in case something was missed or want to go back for whatever reason.
