Be able to see your previous exercises and workout logs
Sometimes I want to refer to past exercises or workouts as a reference for weights. For example, sometimes I get a new variation of an exercise I did before but I still want to have a weight reference to start from past workouts. Like, going from smith machine squat to bb squat… they’re different variations but it could help to see my logs whenever I want to.

Reset workout program calendar
It would be nice to be able to reset the workout program calendar. Currently when a program is added to your account it starts the workout calendar right away. The ability to restart a workout program would allow people to start whenever they want and redo programs in the future.

Have the option for dietary differences. Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, etc. Plus wider food alternatives made more clear.
Have the option for dietary differences. Halal, Kosher, Vegetarian, etc. Show optional alternatives to certain food groups too. For certain meats or vegetables you should show decent alternatives/equivalent options to them. If you can't have bacon and were to substitute that for let's say halal turkey "bacon" instead what would be the difference in the breakdown of micronutrients and would the amount differ etc.

allow users to update gym routines prior to workout.
I head to the gym by bus if I could select what I an going to use that aligns with what i'm going to be doing that day push, pull, or leg on my way there that would be great. I need my routines updated and there is no way of doing that beforehand. Instead of starting the routine to then add exercises in between sets thereby wasting more time cooling down whatever muscle group I am targeting making it harder to maintain heart rate.

Protein pancakes
It's not an idea it's feedback. The protein pancake would be good if it was not for the salt. Absolute poison. I made them this morning and I can't eat it. I used Morton sea salt.

Maintain Measurement on Recent Foods
In the list of Recent Foods, keep it listed holding the same amount used last time - eg. 40g of Oats instead of the default 1 cup of Oats, etc.

Have the app stop glitching
Whenever I use the app on my iPhone, it always ends up crashing on me. Whether that is stopping my workouts unprompted, not connecting or staying connected to my Apple Watch, monitoring my heartrate, or logging my progress. Especially when I start the app, I have to restart the workout multiple times just to have the phone and watch apps sync. Please fix this.

Add an option for equipment
Add an option for equipment use to be band. Under weight, the only option is a numeral. Even allowing a letter, would be helpful.

Being able to add what type of workouts we did on our own
For example, I'm a dancer and I also workout. I don't workout on here, so it would be helpful to add how many hours we did to see how many calories are weight we lost...something like that

Connect to Underarmour fitness tracker
There are a few activity platforms that connect but not Underarmour. I have to manually enter the activity at the conclusion of the session.

Raw foid choices. I do not buy prepared food. I cant always find the ingredients needed to make a sandwich, or simple dinner. Most items are
Basic ingredients and raw fruit and veg. That you can put together for example 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 2 potatoes 1 4 oz chicken ******. Now I have soup.

Optimize the performance of the app
This app is very slow and causes a lot of issues such as when you click a video and exit out it lowers the volume of your headphones and you some times have to close out the app to get them back to normal. Also it is slow and glitchy. Whenever putting in numbers it glitches. Work on performance. If you need a dev to help out I can help look for deficiencies in the app and where to improve but I’m sure you have a dev team to sort this out. There are a ton of performance issues you…

Weights vs Volume
All ingredients should be in grams or ounces. 1/2 an avocado can be a very different amount depending on your avocados. It's also easier to just weigh everything on a kitchen scale that it is to pull out measuring cups
