Add a feed page
Just like the home page on instagram, I think you should add a page to the app where people who do these challenges can post their before/after transformations as well as speak to each other regarding our journey through this challenge. You don’t necessarily have to add a ‘follow’ feature but I think it’d be good seeing as we’re all on this app for similar reasons(lose weight, gain muscle, get fit, etc.) I think it’d be beneficial to everyone to see people’s progress so that new participants can feel like they too can accomplish results. Allow to reply to comments as a direct reply or threads not just thumbs up or emoji.
In messenger allow a person to reply to comment or image by clicking on it. Not just use an emoji... thumbs up etc.

Add ability to add an exercise. So many exercises can’t be found when searching
For example, when I do a circuit workout, I can’t find certain exercises like shoulder NFLs. I should be able to add the exercise after searching.

Provide slots for supersets
Additional slots to log weights for different reps in a set i.e set 1 has 10,12,15 reps - there should be a slot to track each weight/rep

I keep detail handwritten notes in a journal and would like to post a photo in the daily workout notes so my trainer can see it vs me having to retype it all

Customisable dash summary period
It would be great to have a customisable dash summary period so I can see how I have been preforming not only in the past week but weeks, month, months and year.

Be able to write hours ran in the cardio field
I think there should be an hour, minutes and seconds field in the cardio. I hate having to convert my hours ran to minutes before inputting my data. I am an endurance athlete so I have to do this a lot. The most popular race for men and women is the half marathon so I’d imagine a lot of your customers are annoyed by the lack of this feature.

Video default photo is the peak pose of the exercise
In addition to descriptions for each video have the video default image be the peak pose in the exercise. This would be especially helpful if you have already done this exercise but just need a reminder of what it looks like but don’t want to have to watch the entire 30 second video.

Select rewards to match goals
When setting a goal allow the option to add a reward, something else to work towards - new trainers, gym gear etc...
