to be able to correct an achievement due to error in data entry
I have an achievement of plank for 60 minutes because I entered it in the wrong box and even though I corrected it, there is no way either my coach or I can alter the achievements so I will get no further credit for progression. I would like to be able to delete achievements made in error.

You can add a set but when it would be nice to be able to remove or replace the set also.

Adding set / exercise shouldn't take me to the top
When I add a set or new exercise, the app scrills back to the top of the workout. It should stay at the same place i have just added.

Interval timer for activities like run/walk. Hive me notifications of when to walk or run so i I don't have to rub looking at the timer.
Give me audible notifications of when to run and walk so I don't have to run down the street looking at my phone. Same with timed activities like plank on both sides.

Have tracking for skeletal muscle mass
Just like we can track body fat %, let us track muscle mass by weight on the app when weighing in.

Weight/ Resistance option
After we finish a workout and we are tracking our reps and how much weight was used, sometimes we don’t have access to weights or a weight is not suitable for that exercise. I would like an area to input that I’m using a resistance/TRX band rather than it being put as 0lbs.

For cycling add more data points like average watts and number of feet climbed.
Today when registering a cycling exercise it asks for time, distance, calories burned a resistance. That's assuming someone using a stationary bike. Many of us use smart cycling trainers with apps like Zwift and we resistance isn't something important to us. But, data points like average watts and number of feet climbed is important

Keep previous nutrition goals in past goals
When coach changes nutrition goal, I want to see a list of previous nutrition macro goals. Not just the current one. This way my coach can see when they changed the numbers and how long it’s been before tweaking them again.

Video start automatically when the exercise starts
Currently on the iOS apps the exercise videos do not auto start when switching exercise one has to pause the workout to see the exercise video at all.
