Design a pre-set workout schedule
My coach has a lot of different workouts, which is great! It becomes a bit tedious however when setting up days in advance, both when following set schedule or having to move days. Being able to set up and “line up” a customized program would alleviate a lot of time and clicking :)

Talk to text entry of meals and cardio
Why not create a talk to text iteration of the tracking so u don’t have to click through every time?

Assault bike
More cardio /HITT options and inputs. The rower exercise on the app has the traditional “reps/lbs” for any sort of tracking which makes zero sense. So specific exercises need to have their own specific input needs. Also add more equipment, Jacob’s Ladder, Skier Machine, Assault Bike (CrossFit stuff). Drop set inputs are critical, as well as NOTE areas for exercises that need to be noted (assisted pull ups with weight) etc. or combo of push ups on knees/toes during superset - there needs to be a NOTE areas per exercise or at least on top as a grouped note DURING…

Add a staples list at the top of the meal list.
Give a list of common ingredients used in many of your recipes like the whey protein cottage cheese or honey. That way it's easier for me to have on hand basic ingredients for a variety of meals and would also make searching through what's available easier.

Step totals listed under steps dashboard the way it is on the app
When I check my clients step dashboard in the app I am able to see a list of how many steps they got on a daily basis beneath the chart. When I'm on the web, I'm not able to see this.
I LOVE that the new insights dashboard shows the average but It'd be nice to compare averages week over week which I have been doing via sheets but would love to have the same step count data available under the chart on my web browser just like I have on the app.

Meal tracking on Desktop
It would be great if we could enter or adjust food and values into our meal tracker on the desktop, not just the app

AI visual for exercise form coaching
Ability to upload video of an exercise and get instant AI feedback on form. Or at least saved so the coach can review it later.

Excel spreadsheet for meal planning
The video provides a template for meal planning that is word or pdf. Could you provide an excel template. I would put each day as a new tab in the workbook.

Report app issues
The app has stopped fully downloading my activity across apps on my iPhone. For example, it has a low number for my steps yesterday vs my other app.

Ability to import and export workouts so I can build my training by sending it receiving JSON payloads via Google Drive.
I would like to be able to export my workouts or import new workouts to/from a Google Drive file or folder. This could be in JSON or XML (something easily programmatically and AI consumable) to help me better track and maintain my workouts.

Fix your nutrition log ux flow with AI
Take a photobirbtype everything you ate first then it searches for you and enters in your macro estimates for you ( with the ability to edit for accuracy)

Please change the grey on black fonts that when the pop up is open. Extremely difficult to read.

Show recent Persobal bests
In the old layout you could go back and see your itemised personal bests. There was a work around to go back to legacy layout, now that has gone. It should nit be a case of seeing it the end of your workout or not at all.

When selecting cardio activities, there is only a handful od the to choose, consider adding some other sports for more precise tracking

limit or control multiple device access
member app to be limited for one device use only to avoid non members to come in gym, that help increase gym revenue and help gym keep safe from non member to access the gym especially when it is 24 hour facilty
