This ensures your ideas don't get lost and always visible and other users can upvote your ideas. The idea forum allows us to keep a pulse check on what our user community as a whole wants.

Why should I vote?
This forum allows us to more accurately prioritize ideas to ensure a system of fairness by executing on improvements needed more urgently by a larger cohort of our user community, in order of voting priority. It offers you transparency into what we're reviewing, starting and have completed.

Vote subscribes you to the idea so when its status changes, you'll get notified. 

When does an idea get picked up?
The higher the votes, the more likely the idea will be completed but there is no fixed formula if an idea will be picked up as it is just one avenue we look at. The idea forum is only one of the many avenues we use to evaluate an idea's feasibility. We also factor in your conversations with our support team, in-app surveys, Facebook beta groups,  complexity of the idea, talks with our inner circle of users and how it fits with the overall vision of the platform.

For example, "Portuguese support" was for the longest time in our top 3. But embarking on that would significantly dent our ability to serve our primary English speaking community effectively.

  1. Heart rate zones

    Heart rate zones are not syncing with Apple Watch? During a workout, my rate is syncing with what is reflected in my Apple Watch but the app shows my heart staying in zone 5. I have entered my heart rate zones manually in my Apple Watch so I know what the zone should be. Is there a way to enter zones in the trainers app?

  2. Add smart scale and more smart watch connectivity

    Would love to be able to connect my smart scale. RENPHO HEALTH. Plus, think its time for other smart watches to be added like samsung Watch5?

  3. Recommend meals based off remaining macros

    When I go to Discover for meals, be nice to have option for it to recommend meals or foods based off of what macros I have remaining

  4. Allow manual data entry for steps

    Data entry fields are sometimes manual and Fitbit linked but not all e.g. steps. So we are forced to boluy a compatible device even if the phone measures steps itself we cannot manually load that data and the trainer is too busy to do it for everyone of us

  6. A diary/notes addition

    Somewhere to record thoughts/feelings when we might need. E.g., times we struggle or when we feel good. So we can reflect and see what's going on. Especially if fighting bad habits or improving relationships with food. Might just help the trainer understand what's going on even more because by the time check in comes around, we might be fine and have forgotten the struggles or challenges faced throughout the week.

  10. Fix meal tracking and commenting

    Meal comments are useless bc I can’t see what the comment relates to, meal favorites don’t work so entering meals is more arduous than it should be.

  13. Ability to view/explore meals without entering the “Add Meals” function would be helpful in browsing and editing foods and meals. Thanks!

    it would be helpful to add the ability to view and explore meals and foods without entering the ad meal function. Currently the workflow is that you enter through the Add Meal function, and then can create a meal or explore. I would like the ability to just simply explore recipes and options without entering the add meal function.

  19. Have the first (training) video on a much slower pace. The man has an accent and it's hard for me to understand him and he pushes it fast.

I've struggled the entire time I have been on the program since I've missed that initial training covering all the basics. I've tried replaing the video a number of times, but I continue to not understand it. :- (
