Allow meal tracking on web page, not just app.
I rarely have access to my mobile device during the work week, and it would be nice to be able to add meals on the web interface, instead of just the mobile app.

Create your own routine on off days
I would like to be able to create a workout on days the trainer doesn't have anything set up for me. She encourages exercise on those off days, but I need to go through a menu to pick out exercises working muscle groups that aren't getting enough attention, like the core.

Ability to enter a whole recipe and select a portion of it. Like 1/12 of a casserole etc.
We need the ability to enter a whole recipe and then select eating a portion of that recipe like 1/12 of a casserole. It’s way too time consuming to figure out all the macros for a family recipe!

Stop watch app when workout finishes
After closing out a workout on the phone app, the watch app (Apple Watch) sends a notification 20 mins later saying the workout is still going.

Manually change portion sizes
Sometimes the portion sizes change and as a result I can't hit my macros. I end up having to use a different days entry to log a correct portion size. Having the ability to manually change a portion size to hit my macros would solve this issue.

COPY Custom workouts to other days
Have the ability to create a custom workout with reps and cycles and weights... And then be able to COPY it to other days. Not just be able to MOVE it.

PLEASE integrate with Lose It
PLEASE make Lose It work with this app. MyfitnessPal is incredibly difficult to use, not as easy to find my foods, and riddled with ads. I have been using Lose It for years now and would love to be able to just integrate the data I have with Trainerize

When my Apple Watch connects to app it doesn’t show calories burned or heart rate while workout is running

Timer
There should be a large and easily tappable timer during a workout. The existing one is v small and hard to tap when your fingers are tired.

Serving size changed=auto select item
If i am taking the time to customize a serving size then auto select the food!!
