Make it so that clients can change the start date of their program after purchasing

Body weight blast
Remove weight used in reps - its body weight.
Automate to the next exercise/rest - clicking start for each exercise is excessive - why wouldn’t it be like the other cross training flows?

Enter your own macros from your meal.
I find it difficult to find the correct food items that I’m eating and supplements as well. I know first Phorm is a supplement that’s suggested by earn it all and they don’t even have all the supplements on here. Half the supplements I use from first Phorm aren’t on the app. So it’s just kinda difficult for me while I’m trying to learn to control my diet I get really confused. Team Member direct messaging
(1) Team members should be able to Direct message their fellow team mates and coaches.
(2) Ability to look at team members profile.
(3) In chat, ability to click on members photo and see larger picture of their photo.
(4) in chat, ability to click on members name and go to their profile and see accomplishments, workouts, and badges.

Improve the app’s response time
It takes too long time to load an activity, change view etc. The program is just too slow.

The ability to show what meals we can make based on what we have in our refrigerators currently
It would be great if we could have a way to check what foods we currently have in our homes and reverse search the meals we can make from that.

Ability to set the units per exercise
Currently I am able to set the measurement units globally i.e. for all exercises. However, my gym (in Canada) has a mixture machines with some using SI units and others using imperial units. This means that I have to convert weights manually for ~%50 of my machines during my workout session. Please add the ability to set the units per exercise during a workout.

Quick select of substitute exercises for ones you’ve previously replaced in the app
Have a quick selection list under an exercise for ones you’ve previously substituted in or recommended replacement to use the same or similar muscle group

Wider benches for free weights
The weights benches are very narrow and suggest wider benches for support. Considering we have options to lift 50+ lb dumbells the benches are too narrow and for those on the larger size would benefit with greater support.

Allow Oura ring date to sync with this the way it does with google fit
I wear an Oura ring. The ring tracks far more than any other watch or wearable I have used. I feel this ring should also be able to be synced with this app.

Ingredient measuring unit consistency
Use the same unit of measure and description for the same ingredient across recipes. If Egg Whites are used, don’t say “4 egg whites” in one recipe and then “1.5 CUPS egg whites” in another recipe. The same thing for Spinach. In one recipe you’ll see it measured in oz but then in the next it’s in cups.

Download/Save Workout Feature
It would be nice to download or save certain workouts to go back and use. For example, my trainer has given me supplemental workouts that I’m able to do when I’m traveling and don’t have gym access. It would be nice to be able to pull that up again in the future or an as extra/alt workout in the event I can’t do what I prescribed. If I wanted to use one of those now I would be scrolling back for months and wouldn’t be able to log it.

YEAR IN REVIEW
I think the app would be more sticky, if the clients got monthy, weekly, yearly insights and reviews. For exmaple Oura ring gives a weekly review and insights on heart rate, step count etc. I think because of the data collected it should be that hard to give an average steps, steps goals hit, average weight, flucuations, pr's hit, etc weekly. I also think a year in review much like how spotifiy does their year wrapped would allow the app to be more sticky and clients would look forward to their year wrapped.

Self restart
I wish I can re do - or restart the program with some float I’ll say maybe within maybe 3-4 weeks after start, because sometimes unforeseen happen and I can’t start when I want (as scheduled) 😓

Cannot add member barcode to Apple Wallet
Tapping on "Add to Apple Wallet" results in "Could Not Add Card" error message. Then tapping on "Help" just takes you to the iPhone home screen

You can currently see your steps for that day but there is no way to see an overview on the month.

Macro Math for Custom Homemade Meals
I often am making a large pot of something for my whole family. It's really hard to guess afterwards how much of each ingredient my portion had. I would like to input an entire recipe and have it tell me what the macros are per portion. Ie if I make a big pot of chili, l can input all the individual ingredients, save it, and then choose my portion for tracking my meal. Right now this is not possible with the custom food part of the app as you need to already know what the macros are to input a…

Add to cart
Have an “add to cart” option via the meal planning. This can add the groceries to cart and provide a list of local partnered grocery shops for delivery or pickup at lifetime. The recipes would include the appropriate portions of food requested, somewhere between a meal delivery kit and food shopping and delivery providers
