Decrease prevalence of US measures eg calories, oz, lbs
The app has some support for metric measures, but seems to favour US imperial measures (calories, oz, lbs etc). I find this super frustrating.

Synchronize app to time zone
I noticed the calorie counter is off as it's not synchronized to my time zone. So it adds yesterday's meals to today's breakfast and totals the calories...

Incorporate AI to quickly identity common meal items. App should recognize patterns since most people meal prep
I should be able to quickly enter common meal items. AI would really help to recognize common meal and item patterns. For instance, for most breakfasts, I have egg whites and coffee with almond milk. App should know that. Favorites is awkward and old technology. Snacks tend to be protein shake. App should know that and when I enter snack, it should ask if I just had a protein shake.

“Lose it!” app integration.
Lose it very intuitive, visual and easier to log food compared to my fitness pal.

Sub/swap out ingredients in pre-made meals.
If the meal calls for a white roll but I have only wheat bread on hand, allow that ingredient to swapped without having to type all of the other ingredients in one by one.

The connection with MyFitnessPal is really slow. I have to reload or reconnect the app multiple times a day for it to update into trainerize

A reminder to drink water for Apple phones in the app
It would be helpful to have a reminder to drink water as well as something to show how much is needed for one’s body to be sufficiently hydrated

If I go back during a workout, I don’t want the workout to come to an end.
If I’m in active workout mode, sometimes I open the video to see how to do a workout. When I click back the app doesn’t respond, so I click back again and then it takes me back fully to the homepage and ends the workout.

Add runstar SmartScale
The runstar Smart Scale is highly rated and similar to Withings. I’d like to connect it to Trainerize rather than purchasing a new scale.

vitamin tracker
a system much like the food tracker but a seperate meal option that is designed for multivitamins/supplements. some of these do contain a few calories so it would be helpful to fully track calories per day

Add a confirmation after clicking save or add new set
I’m finding myself accidentally clicking Save or Add New Set. It’s happened multiple times on accident when im putting my phone away. I think that the app should ask for a confirmation. It’s really annoying when I accidentally click Save and my Apple Watch ends my workout and doesn’t track it anymore even though I go back to finish my workout. Same with tv Add New Set, I click it on accident and never know if my trainer added an extra set or if I added it. I think a simple fix would be to add a confirmation button after…

Improve recipe accuracy
I have found recipes that say they are for 1 serving when you are reading the recipe but when you are putting it in the grocery list it says it is for 2 servings. This is confusing when trying to figure out macros and things like that. An example is the “air fryer meatloaf” recipe.
