Thumbnail for workouts
Ability to set a thumbnail for each workout (rather than it taking the first frame of the first exercise video.
The workouts lists look messy and it’s hard for clients and trainers to easily identify their workouts.
The same goes for exercises - allow us to choose a frame or upload a thumbnail for each exercise in our libraries.
At the same time allow for static image and gif’s to be uploaded to exercises (addition to the option for videos)

Im not sure if this progra is widely known but i have been attending G.L.A.D knee and hip program, and now i am in the G.L.A.D back program
This program is from Sweden, I believe. It is for us overweight sedentary individuals, who have k ee, hips, and or back pain which is preventing us from moving.

Meal preps
I batch cook alot. When I list the ingredients and add the meal to favourites I can't divide the portion sizes any smaller than the full ingredients list. For example I'll make a homemade soup it makes 6-8 portions. Once I've listed everything that goes into it im showing 2000cal when really I'm only eating 1/6 of that. Please add a feature to divide favourites meals into smaller portions ie 1/6th of said meal.

Enter food, give a dropdown of measurement options and save. Done.
Planning and logging meals.
Click on meals, search food, dropdown measurement options, (oz. g., liter, etc.) save. Dropdown breakfast, lunch etc…done.
Current issue: logging the same food scrolling forever to find measurement save it and it’s not applied to meal. Frustrating.1 vote -
Reduce click fatigue.
I love being able to track my habits, but I essentially have to click three times to complete a task. Once is plenty. Maybe have a congratulations at milestone streaks like 5, 10, etc.

The option to substitute ingredients in meal planner.
Ability to substitute ingredients in a recipe, eg; swap whole wheat bread and gluten free whole grain bread, exclude an ingredient that you have run out of. As well as suggestions for slight changes- 4 scoops of plant based protein powder to X amount of whey isolate protein powder.

Allow user to enter a custom food description
Rather than have preselect meals, allw use to build a custom meal choosing main protein and sides dishes(veg. Carbs)

Food search needs improving
The barcode scanner is very poor. Nutracheck and MFP is far superior. I'm only using this app as a coach requires me to and I'm hating it. I keep scanning barcodes and they aren't recognised so I'm having to manually input them. They are just generic foods from Aldi and Iceland. When you then manually input a good item you can't add all the nutritional info as it doesn't allow decimals either

Processed Food
The recipes include too many processed foods, like Deli Ham. Please use more natural snd healthy ingredients.

Simplicity please!
I live alone and there’s no way I’m going to chop, grate, shred, cook and plate 3 meals a day, dirtying multiple utensils, pots, etc every day. Please be realistic. A suggested daily menu has 17 different food items to create 3 meals. I don’t have the time or the desire to do all that cooking and I don’t want to have to shop for all that. That’s supposed to be simple? Please rework your concept of simple.

Suggestions for weights on dumbbells
It would be great to have an idea of suggested weight for each workout. Newbies to working out (like me) have no idea where to start. Some exercises require heavier while others are lighter. So knowing the suggestion would be so helpful

Highest Step count across apps
The app needs to use the highest step count found across all linked devices/appa and not the last synced, it is over writing step counts when syncing with lower step counts from other apps if you happen to use phone app cause your watch is dead.

Samsung health
It would be nice if this app will sync to samsung heath. That way my trainer can see my steps sleep heart rate and all the things that my watch tracks. It would be very beneficial to both the client and trainer. Would help boost moral for the client(me especially) and help the trainer see more things to help the clients to get there goal.

The meal tracker is NOT intuitive.
To me, it would make more sense if you followed the following steps. 1. Chose breakfast, lunch or dinner first. 2. Add food items. 3. Take an optional photo.

Allow for more fresh homemade food items. The supplied items are all prepared foods or purchased somewhere
Example... I made my own Cole slaw. Meal tracker lists many prepared Cole slaw examples. The examples are all "by someone". Most of their examples i have never heard of.

track workout progress
I’d like to see what my average paces overtime. I found somewhere (I don’t know where because it’s not intuitive) my workouts hand they have my average pace. It would be nice to see my progress over time and to split workouts from pool swims and open water swims. And then see if/how I’m improving
