Be able to delete a workout you created and accidentally placed on the wrong day.

Add the ability to copy exercises when doing circuit workouts
When creating a circuit workout with repeating exercises, I would like to be able to copy & paste those exercises to repeat “x” number of times. Or have a featude that allows us to insert how many times the client is to repeat those exercises.

Have a quick access skip-to-exercise option on the edit page so I can quickly skip to exercises I’m entering info for
Instead of scrolling through all my exercises to find which one I need, or scrolling through set after set of already entered weights and sets, give me an option to click on a sidebar exercise routine and skip to that in my daily plan.

Being able to copy old completed workouts and be able to paste them again on another day as well

Install a save button so we can save thruoit the wkout and not lose entered data.

I would like to close out or a running or walking program and not have it pause. I would like more integration with fitbit and my fitness p
I would like to build out running and walking rpograms that sync with my fitbit. when using the program I amwould like to tun my phone off and the app not pause. Also I would like to see my stats from my fitbit about my workout. also I would like more options of activity like circuit training and yoga

Sinc with Bluetooth equipment like treadmills.
It would be great if the app could sinc with my treadmill to record my cardio progress so my trainer can see.

Add a feed page
Just like the home page on instagram, I think you should add a page to the app where people who do these challenges can post their before/after transformations as well as speak to each other regarding our journey through this challenge. You don’t necessarily have to add a ‘follow’ feature but I think it’d be good seeing as we’re all on this app for similar reasons(lose weight, gain muscle, get fit, etc.) I think it’d be beneficial to everyone to see people’s progress so that new participants can feel like they too can accomplish results. Include videos, illustrations, clips for every exercise.
I get frustrated when my trainer includes new workouts, but no picture or video on how to correctly do the specified exercise.

Show total pounds lost from week to week
I would like to see my total pounds/percentage lost from week to week in the app along with a graph so I can see my progress visually.

Provide ability to enter workout data at the set and rounds level
Allow me to enter a total number of rounds to track an AMRAP workout without having to enter an individual number of reps & sets for each exercise.
