Include an option to add a note to individual workouts within a training session.
It would be really nice to be able to put a note in under a specific exercise on my workout plan. It would be good to know I used the heavy band or the extra heavy band for band work. Also would be good to be able to write down if there was any modifications made. Sometimes I have to use a different weight on one side versus the other. Or it would also be nice to write down if an exercise was really difficult or if I didn’t like it or if I didn’t like it. And it would…

Decrease prevalence of US measures eg calories, oz, lbs
The app has some support for metric measures, but seems to favour US imperial measures (calories, oz, lbs etc). I find this super frustrating.

Easier visualization of daily macros
It would be great to see the macro breakdown per day as well as seeing how it would change when you do meal substitutions. For example, being able to see that your breakfast and lunch are X amount from the daily total would let you easily see how much room you have left to consume for dinner.

Workout Videos should come with the exercises already loaded into the plan so you just need to enter your set info
Workouts that are loaded should already contain the exercises highlighted in that video so that you just need to enter in the set information

Be able to search for an exercise and see personal bests and stats how youre doing i.e see your stats for personal best for deadlifts and how youve progressed with a graph

Add 1/2 cup under serving sizes
When you enter your food serving size, there is not an option for a 1/2 cup. The sizes start at 1 Cup.
We want calorie counting to become a habit and to measure in Cups is much easier than weighing all the time4 votes -

JOURNAL
A feature that allows a client to write about their day, how they feel, challenges etx. I know when you look.back you see what you've done, achieved and overcame. What worked, what didn't work. Then you can publish these entries, with consent, on your site, to show others. A daily video log would also be good.....30 seca to 1.min. I know watching others and inspiring people is a key marketing strategy and also such a good way for clients to keep accountability. Skip forward and back 15 seconds in timer workouts
It currently only let's you skip forward and back on entire movements. Sometimes I only need 15 seconds forward or back.

Swap proteins in recipes.
It would be really nice to have an option in the meal planner that allows you to swap proteins, and calculates the amount of the new protein to add. Same with pea protein, hemp seeds, and soy protein - it would be easier for people starting out on the program who don’t have all of these things stocked.

I need to be able to save and RECALL my workouts so I do not have to enter them EVERY FICKING DAY
Just read the title. It’s ridiculous that I have to enter my workouts every time I go to the gym because your program will not let me recall prior workouts

Messaging amongst members is the best way to build community
Dev team should look into interpreting a Discord -like server to the back end. On the trainer side, allow roles to admin, managers, mods and levels of members. On the Member side, have the ability to communicate with all members privately or in smaller focused private grounds. Incentives can be given to members that reach certain goals or challenges.
At the current state there is no way to truly build a community. And working out ,getting to my goals, or having questions still feels lonely because I don’t know these people and they don’t know me.4 votes -
