Body Weight Chart with option of more than 3 years
Currently the Body Weight Chart has an option goes 3 up to 3 years max. I have tracked my weight on Trainerize much longer than this, and would like All Time Option or a 5 year and 10 years option.

Add calorie burnt field on the HIIT workout.
I always start a workout on my watch and then when I add it into the app, it only allows me to add the duration of the workout. I forget to start a workout in the Trainerize app so adding this feature will allow me to track certain measurements. Possibly add in average heart rate field too.

You cant back date food or account for a second lunch or dinner
Attach meals for previous days if you forget

Workout filters that work
The filters don't work. If I wanted to search for workouts that only use bands, choosing that filter option and applying it doesn't work. I've tried using various filter options like abs only, but it never pulls up those specific ones. Would be nice to have this as a working feature, but perhaps it's something the user needs to setup on their end to work with their specific workouts?

Create calendar view for adding and modifying workout assignments
Add an actual calendar view that allows workouts to be added and modified. Each day that has workouts should show an icon representing the workout.

stairmaster
Stairmaster should have steps per minute to replace speed, and steps to replace distance. Flights should not be used because different machines counts flights differently. Levels should not be used because different machines assign different steps per minute to each level.

PDF dowload of workout program
Our total plan should be in PDF format for download purpose so that if a person again wants to follow the same then it will easier to access

A feature that allows clients to flag exercises that cause injuries
I keep getting prescribed the same exercises that cause pain and injury ( I think they forget). It would be nice to just flag them, instead of constantly reminding trainer.

Make it easier to enter body weight and measurements as it is not easy to find the field where to enter the figures

Servings
When adding say chips make an option to put how many chips say if I have 4 chips . It only says how many servings of the serving size

Time under tension
Can you create fields which allow for marking an exercise as "Time Under Tension" where we can track the eccentric phase hold in interval seconds? Other exercise fields for categorical purposes should include "Strength" and "Hypertrophy".

Ability to have sets, reps and rest time for any exercise put into a workout.
There have been times my coach puts in an exercise but because I think it's not pn the list of exercises she can't add reps and weight.

Keep workouts in client account when trainer changes
I have had three different trainers in the last year because the first two moved to different gyms. This means all the workouts they made for me disappeared as soon as I got a new trainer. The app should allow the workouts to stay with the client not the trainer. Stated a different way, I paid for my one on one training and for the workouts they created. When I got a new trainer the money I had spent on the training sessions and workouts was wasted because I could no longer access them.

On tasks a section to add notes ie: win for the day task and space to enter and record and review not just tick off as completed

Add splits to Cardio Activity
For running, swimming, and other endurance or interval based workouts, it would also be great if there was space for splits, like each mile or kilometer.

Don’t preload workouts on my calendar.
The app preloads my workouts with no rhyme or reason and I have to delete them. I would prefer to schedule my workouts without having to deal with the preloaded ones.
