Bring back the timer sound please
All of a sudden my timer has stopped making the ping sound and only causes a small vibrate. I’ve checked my settings and turned on the ringer on my phone (iPhone) and it still won’t sound.
I like having the sound on so I can get under the bar and hear the stop during intervals.

Add a note pad to take notes for any queries with your trainer
A note pad would be really nice to record queries for your trainer. This will help for weekly huddles with the trainer. And we don’t need to note it down outside the app. As and when a query pops up in our head while using the app it could be added to the note pad.

Complete a workout quickly
Sometimes I complete a clients workout for them in the app while I’m training them, but have already entered the weights and reps on the comprehensive workout sheet. I find it very time consuming to then go and have to re-enter all their reps and weights otherwise it doesn’t show up on the history.

Track steps and lenght of exercise from app
I would love if the app could track steps and lenght of exercise automatically. I don't like the exercise part of the app so far. It feels unreliable compared to the Fitbit apo. And Q Sciences can't have that, right??

Post scheduled activity to day you’re viewing
When I add an activity or workout, it adds to today by default. So when I’m planning ahead, I have to move everything.
Can you have the activity add to the day I’m viewing?

Body weight workouts for people who don’t have access to any equipment
I think it would be cool if each exercise had an alternate for body weight. Or if there were just full workouts that were body weight only. At this point, I don’t have any equipment or access to equipment so it would be nice to have that option, IMO.

Movable chat icon
Be able to move trainer chat icon on bottom. You have great info, but in some screens the info hides because we can not move the chat icon.
Better even, if chat icon is on last page (where settings are listed), instead of bottom right where it is not movable. I like that when commenting on a specific workout, the chat icon is on the top right...this makes it feel MUCH MORE integrated, than just the bottom right and cutting off data like when looking into a goals or calendar.

Make your own workout
Be able to at least rename or make your own workout program. Having all of my workouts named freestyle is sometimes hard to keep track of. It'd be nice if I could rename it to "Upper Body" "Lower Body" "Pull Day" etc.

I would like to see a chart/graph on the dash to track workouts
I would like a chart/graph/widget on the dash to track workouts. Something to show if I missed workouts, or better to show time. So if I did a 30 min lift that visually shows lower on that day than an hour lift+run. With 0 for an off day and negative with a missed workout. Also, user should be able to choose time vs other measurements (max reps, max weight, workout difficulty, etc) as y axis. X axis should be days.

A friends list
Allow the ability to add friends and see what workout they currently have planned for the day if any, and an option to share location with selected friend. This will spark motivation in those who need a some motivation and a training partner to push them!

Be able to enter max weights such as max bench, max deadlift, etc.
Create spot on app to enter max weights for bench, deadlifts, squats, etc.

Connect to the hundreds of videos already on the Lifetime app to allow tracking for yoga and other cardio workouts.

Highlight new exercises
Would love to see a highlight or note that states there are new exercises that you've never performed before. It sucks to jump into an interval and have to pause to see what the new exercise is

Be able to log your own workout that isn’t on the programme that week
If I do a long hike or a conditioning workout that isn’t planned, would be good to be able to log it as it is. Likewise with a yoga class that isn’t the one on the app, I would like to log this and its duration.
