Suggested meal plans should not only cover calories but also calculate the clients custom macros.

Identify substitute exercise that are modified for specific injury types such as “modified for knee injury”
When trying to substitute an exercise due to injury or arthritis, it would be helpful if substitute options could be filtered/labeled so you know it’s a modification to support injury or that it’s an alternative based on equipment. It would be helpful if exercises were labeled by muscle so you know what you are targeting. Sometimes it obvious, some times it isn’t.

Have the app stop glitching
Whenever I use the app on my iPhone, it always ends up crashing on me. Whether that is stopping my workouts unprompted, not connecting or staying connected to my Apple Watch, monitoring my heartrate, or logging my progress. Especially when I start the app, I have to restart the workout multiple times just to have the phone and watch apps sync. Please fix this.

To measure that part of the stomach area above the naval. +- the lower rib cage where a lot of fat can accumulate.

Hi! How do I find tech support for watch or app issues? Yesterday my my Apple Watch gave me the options to track my next exercise, reps, weight etc. However today I couldn’t get it it to load nor was I able to find out how to get that function back. Where do I find support/help for that?

Photos and steps tracking
I would like to be able to find the photos that i send on my coach in a different file. Also it would be good to track steps on its own because of mistakes in sincing with other app.

Have the ability to log each side in the app
If you’re doing 20 reps in total and only manage to do say 9 on the left side and 10 on the right side you need to be able to log which side failed first instead of just recording a whole number as “19” then typing a message.

Add ingredients for homemade meals to make a bulk meal and then portion it off for prepacked meals by grams.
Add ingredients to one meal tipe ie 500g mince,1 onion,2tomatoes, 300gmixed veggies etc and then as a collective ve able to measure the packed meals by grams

Choosable Programmation
I would like to choose when to start my program on the app, because it immediately starts the next week. Personally I purchased the program out of curiosity but I plan to train seriously jumping by September.

Populate recipe macros/nutrients automatically into My Fitness Pal and have a fun way to celebrate/validate positive choices that we make.
The ability to see recipe suggestions populate directly into My Fitness Pal. Also, providing recipe suggestions that are easy - a section of 5 Ingredients or Less as well as a ‘Snack Hacks,’ section that you could easily navigate to when you have a weak moment and/or are hangry. It would make it easier to resist making bad decisions out of frustration and/or lack of knowledge. For some of us, these basic skills are something new and honestly a bit foreign! ;)

I love to put my meal plan on the app with calories and macros to make sure i reach the daily goal on the meal tracker.

Daily goals simplification
Would be nice to have the ability to simply check off completion of daily goal instead of going through 4 diferent pages.... this part is a bit anoying.

Meal Tracker
Would be nice to have our meal plans built in like the exercises and the option to substitute based on the meal swap guide - just like we can substitute exercises. Then numbers would total/subtract from our allowed macros at the bottom to help us track our numbers.

Ability to get a spreadsheet of workouts and weight used
I think it would be great to get a breakdown of each exercise you’ve done as well as the weight you’ve used. I know you can go into a workout and see when you did the workout as well as what weight you’ve used but my trainer is switching over to a different account which means all of my current progress and the weights I’ve used will be lost when her account is deactivated. I wish there was a way to bring all of my current activity together in some form such as a spreadsheet to keep for my records.…

I would like to enter an exercise that isn't on the Trainerize menu.
When I work out at home I substitute sissy squats for the leg press. They aren't on the app. I would like to be able to write them in.
