Male/Female sex options only
During setup I was disappointed to see "nonbinary" as one of the sex options for the "very first Catholic fitness app."
Update this to Male or Female.

Grocery Brand names are all us I am in canada
Grocery brands are all US and unable to buy these brands in Canada so this is useless to anyone living outside of the USA

Love the app

Password box
When I enter password, I can’t see what I’ve typed if I made a mistake. Or if I change it. How about a little eye button to see it like many other apps have?

Make desktop match all mobile features
It would be nice to be able to use a desktop for my entries. I don’t like to live on my phone typing in small screens. Desktop had more breathing room and is more healthy to use ergonomically and visually. Why not just match the app?

Workout move to following day if not done
If you didn’t get your Monday workout in… the following day, your workouts will shift to the right by one day

Allow selection of which meal it is when copying meal from a previous day or from your favourite meals
Currently, when you copy a meal from a previous day, it logs it as the same type of meal as the day you are copying it from. Similarly, when adding a meal to your tracker, it defaults to the snack meal. There is no way to switch this, other than manually adding each ingredient to the correct meal.
It would be great if we could select the meal when copying from a previous day or from our favourite meals.2 votes -
Can’t change meal name
when copying a meal from one day to another I can’t change what I had as dinner one day to now what I’m having as leftovers for lunch the day after.

Filling in the nutrition intake after midnight to be allowed scheduled on the day before
Having a busy office day that didn’t allow me to fill out my meal intake on a present day whilst completing the meal intake after midnight for the prior day: the summary shows up on the day after midnight. Is ist possible to insert the meal plan in order to schedule it accordingly?

Dont like new logging update
On octc7th new features added for logging. Do not like them hard to see time eaten and don't like having to go into another drop down to add food. You used to be able to hit meal and update food log per meal. Font is smaller now too, don't like it!

Allow user to enter a custom food description
Rather than have preselect meals, allw use to build a custom meal choosing main protein and sides dishes(veg. Carbs)

Simplicity please!
I live alone and there’s no way I’m going to chop, grate, shred, cook and plate 3 meals a day, dirtying multiple utensils, pots, etc every day. Please be realistic. A suggested daily menu has 17 different food items to create 3 meals. I don’t have the time or the desire to do all that cooking and I don’t want to have to shop for all that. That’s supposed to be simple? Please rework your concept of simple.

The meal tracker is NOT intuitive.
To me, it would make more sense if you followed the following steps. 1. Chose breakfast, lunch or dinner first. 2. Add food items. 3. Take an optional photo.

Remove day 1 and so one when the day has past, then I can remember what day I’m up too.

Heart rate monitor in app using camera
Instead of using a separate app, have this app use the flash to monitor heart rate bpm.

Add yesterdays meal
When adding food to a meal, provide the option within the meal to “copy from another day.” Only option I have seen is figuring out which day I had the meal, going to it, then selecting copy.
