Widget Colours Need Adjusting
Widgets which have a black background and darkest grey text are virtually unreadable and a tad pointless!!! Annoying because the widgets themselves are super useful!

Being able to mute in app notification sounds. After my rest period I don’t want to be scared with a loud DING over my music
When playing my own music during a workout I always get the life scared out of me when my rest timer notifys me my rest is done. I’ve been able to mute notifications through apple settings which has stopped those sounds while not actively in the app but they still go off when the app is open. It’s incredibly distracting and I jump every time haha. Not a fan.

Allow the system to save items entered. Example: drinking 16 oz of water. I have change the oz each time

See above. It is just too light. All my other fonts on phone are fine. It’s just this app

Be able to swap out exercises PRIOR to starting workout - it wastes a bunch of my time in the middle of my work out trying to swap exercises
I always waste so much time every single workout trying to swap out exercises. I want the option to swap them out PRIOR to starting my workout. It’s exhausting and honestly makes me hate this app for that reason.

Portrait videos should occupy full screen when viewing
Some instructors have vertical/portrait content, which I actually prefer. I understand they will have black bars on either side in the preview, but once I click into it, please have it automatically detect the proportions and make them full screen.

Expand search
Allow search within the “favs” or “recent” items. It would make logging food much quicker than scrolling.. and scrolling…

When actively working through a programed block, be able to minimize it and go to other parts of the app (e.g. food entry)
I want to utilize my time when resting between sets. I would like to enter my meals. I don't know how to "minimize" my workout program and then flip back to it

Move SAVE button from top right corner
I keep accidentally hitting the save button on the top right when carrying my phone around the gym. Once clicked, it stops all wearable tracking (heart rate, time, calories) and doesn’t let me resume. This can easily be fixed by a resume button or a pop up that asks “are you sure ur finished?” When hitting save

Male/Female sex options only
During setup I was disappointed to see "nonbinary" as one of the sex options for the "very first Catholic fitness app."
Update this to Male or Female.

Timer that allows you to set a certain amount of time to eat and then you can set it the amount if time to rest between bites

Better logging features. AI logging by showing a photo
Inputting meals is onerous. There are so many better ways to do it. AI from a photo. Allowing the user to just list all items at once and then it populates and you choose and select amounts.

Sync to suunto app for steps
Sync up to users of Suunto watches via the suunto app. I don’t have my phone on me all the time so the step count isn’t as accurate as my watch
