Add open swim workouts and 25yd/m pool so we can track laps. Also structured workouts split the ‘laps’ by reps and sets.

Access to old workouts
Allow access to old workouts - in case you want to do an old one a few months on and see how far you’ve progressed. Or at least just see the exercises in old workouts (as an uneditable list) without being able to “perform them” and enter in new reps/weights.

Add feature to record reps/weight during timed circuit workouts.
During timed circuit workouts, there’s currently no way for me to record my reps or weight, so I have to try to remember how many I did over the whole time. (This could be 30 minutes if circuits- no way i remember how many reps i did for 15+ exercises!) Maybe during the timed rest period, I could enter the previous exercise’s data.

Copying workouts from weeks prior
Would like to be able to copy a workout from a month ago to current date. Can’t since it’s not in my plan & it’s a pain to have to manually enter a feee workout.

Have a custom workout option
To be able to enter a custom workout such as rock climbing or snowboarding. It wouldn’t let me submit it. It only has “gym” options.

Adjustable Timer, Pause Button and Notes
Adjustable timers for workouts that require intervals but don’t have the timer set, ie the default timer is usually like 60 seconds. Would be nice to have more functionality with the timer
Pause button so if you’re doing a circuit and need to reference the video, you can without having to end or save your workout and start over.
Notes for each lift, let’s say a machine is different, or you hurt yourself and did less that day. Would be helpful for reference for future workouts. Great example would be tricep pulldowns and how some machines have a double pulley…

Sync with fit bit heart rate to get real calorie burn
I use the mind and body app to book my exercise classes and have my Fitbit heart rate synced to this app. The mind and body app will automatically pull all readings from Fitbit. I get a more accurate calorie burn using this app. It would be great to do this here instead of having to update the info manually.

Have an “apply to all” feature when logging weights/reps
Allow us to apply the same weight/reps to all sets of the same exercise. Repetitive entering of the same weight/reps for 4-10 sets is irritating & time consuming.

Add body stats for women.
Women measure their body stats in different areas than men. It would be nice for women who train to have a woman graph with appropriate measuring stats.

"Track with" option
A option to allow you to use other apps to track your outside running or swimming or cycling and it then pulling the stats into you daily workout and storing it

Music quiets when using timers and when in workout and app is open, but gets loud outside app. Can you not adjust the music volume?

Not sure if I’m using it right, but I’d appreciate comment/annotation section on each set of exercise to reflect and review in future.

Be able to enter fractions… like 1.5 or 0.6
Be able to enter non-whole numbers, like 1.5 or 0.6
When my units are a fraction, like 2.5, having to choose between 2 and 3 when neither is accurate is frustrating.

Be able to modify a recipe once built under my recipes
Be able to change the title/ modify the servings/ edit the ingredients/ let others that share access with you be able to see the ingredients and not just the title (ie a coach)

Copy Meals to Multiple Days at Once
Please make it easier to select multiple dates to copy meals to. For example, if I have a protein shake for breakfast every day, I’d like to be able to enter that for at least the month at a time, rather than my the day.

Saving foods
It would be helpful to be able to save a food with the measurement that you always use. Like I have to change the measurement for milk to 0.5 cup instead of ml everyday.
Also, could you add a way to make a food a favorite after it’s been saved to a meal?
It would also be great if you could see the nutrition after a food has been saved to the meal so that you don’t have to search for it again.
