Access to old workouts
Allow access to old workouts - in case you want to do an old one a few months on and see how far you’ve progressed. Or at least just see the exercises in old workouts (as an uneditable list) without being able to “perform them” and enter in new reps/weights.

Add option for creating an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout.
Make it possible to create an AMRAP workout in the builder. For example, client does as many rounds as possible of 40m sprints and 10 reps of burpees in 15 minutes. Then the app would count down from 15 minutes to 0 when the workout is started.

Broaden your links to other apps to include Loseit and MapMyRun. Also, make add new sets more difficult to push- I accidentally push it alot

Be able to copy-paste exercises from one day to another.
When I organise exercises for some days, I'd like to be able to copy-paste them fro one day to another day and not searching them again and again.

The ability to reuse or copy an old workout
The ability to go back to a workout and copy it to the current date. When my trainer changes my workout plan I’m unable to add the older ones I want to do without having to add a free style and add each exercise in myself

Add ability to favorite workout plans for easy access
I like to access favorite workouts. Please add a star or something along those lines to help me easily identify favorites.

Mark off workout tasks as they are completed.
When you finish a task or rest period there should be some sort of vindication showing that that is done. We don't have a lot of time to go and find another way to Mark which task we're on or which rest. We're on because a lot of us are trying to squeeze this workout in either before work or before bed so having to take an extra step to track what we're doing when it's already supposed to be done in app is pretty bothersome

Have the rest timer move down with each set
Have just one rest timer icon that moves down after each set is completed i always forget how many sets ive done as when you press the rest timer it sets off all the others on the screen

Have the ability for the trainer to post documents on a separate place than the chat
My trainer sends us documents like food shopping list, goals, etc on the chat. But because it is a group chat one might miss it as the chat will move those documents up.
