More cardio workouts or heart rate interval so the timer can ask me to sprint or walk.
A running routing with a sprint walk run timer option can lock the phone and just follow audio.
Automatically track stats for cardio interval exercises. My trainer does not provide a rest period; it goes from walk to jogging to sprinting and the circuit starts over right after the sprint. It is not feasible or possible to remember the distance walked or jogged or sprinted or the amount of calories burned while sprinting for example or max speed because the treadmill does not stop and even if the treadmill shows distance I have covered as I go from jogging to sprinting I can not stop to record it and do not remember what the distance I covered walking or jogging the first circuit for example to record it at the end of my work out.
I really need a timer that beeps in my headphone on the interval set so I don't have to keep looking at my phone.
Add a start button. Click on the button when you’re ready to start your cardio circuit. Do timed speed intervals using the app.
For times when you’re not using a treadmill or looking at a screen, running would be easier with verbal cues and timing/mileage automatically being calculated (v similar to how Runkeeper works today)
Blast fat with cardio intervals, how do you do intervals and keep track of time, distance, max speed, incline and calories every minute while jumping between heart rate zones? I don't have the answer right now but hopefully we can figure out ways to make this workout usable.
Updated app doesn't track heart rate for cardio?????
