Log and track food, calories and meals in app without having to link another app
Should be able to log and track meals without having to link another meal tracking app, for example MyFitnessPal. I don't want to have to download several apps to use the Trainerize app my coach uses
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your great suggestion! We’re marking this idea as completed! You can now track your food directly within the application.
You can change your meal tracker by going to ... in the bottom menu. Selecting Meal tracker and select "In this app".
This feature is available to everyone with app versions from 7.16 and up.
We’re returning your vote to you so please come back to feedback.trainerize.com to add your vote to other ideas.
Thanks!

After logging my meals in My Fitness Pal, I have to go back into our Fitness app, then visit the calendar to find today today’s calories eaten and review remaining intake for the day. By adding this to the dashboard, daily intake can be more accessible.

I’d love my coach to be able to see what I’m choosing to eat as some use flexible dieting approach and some food choices are better than others, this can link with my fitness pal

I should be able to delete the food tracked by mistake and also be able to edit things as at times the number of calories might be wrong or put in an invariably small quantity than a serving or 2. The app when recognizes the same meal same name , doesn’t allow me to do ti separately. At times the food we take is very diff in its nutrient and quantity although with the same name.

Include another option beyond my fitness Pål, just a notebook-type log is enough

I would prefer to have a place to list what I ate. It would be really helpful for those that don’t want to track macros/calories but want a food log

Create a section for food. Being able to upload recipes, view others ideas. An area for comparison to compare say a burger to a wrap. Tracking of food.

Love the sync with MFP, as do my clients, because it’s unlikely this could duplicate that food database. However, accuracy in the sync between MFP and this could be improved.

Allow us to track our food and calorie intake daily.

The current meal diary is predicated on assigned meal plans. Some of us just need to keep a diary of our food intake. A simple Log would suffice.

Would like to track my food or sync it with a food app.

I use MFP and it syncs to the app where Laura can see everything I've eaten! Works perfect for me, though it would be good to have maybe an option of how many Cal's and what macros we should be following

A feature to put in Calories and food consumed by people would be really helpful.

This is a great idea. I use MFP but it often doesn't transfer the figures correctly. I'd rather have it all on one platform.

Nothing complex with databases of different foods and serving sizes -- just a simple. Fitocracy Macros is a good example.

I disagree with this one. MFP does it well and it's free.

For me it syncs but not correctly. It appears to sync things that are added to MyFitness Pal diary, but does not subtract stats when I remove things from my diary. I have one day that Trainerize says I ate 12,000 calories!
