Easier exercises for beginners. Its a great feeling to complete a workout and to have Burpees in your second workout is to hard. The feeling of ”failing” your second workout can make you quit. You should have a bit easier workouts week 1-2 so you build Up selfesteem enough to carry on

I agree. I just did my 1st and had walk out pushups. 266 lbs and that set would kill me. No one is here to help me get off the floor.
