My idea is to make the user interface not frustrating and clunky, and to fix the bugs. Stop adding features and make the app a smooth experience for the client.

Make it possible to access lessons on our computer as well as the phone
Make exercising programs available on the computer as well as an app. Uses up too much data.

Improve “adding a workout” feature
Whether clicking the kettlebell icon (third left icon at the bottom of the screen) or clicking the blue “+” above the trainer’s pic (bottom right hand corner of the screen) and selecting workout, those of us on a longer program (e.g., 6 months or more) have to scroll endlessly to get to the current workout. For example, since it always starts at week 1, day 1 I have to scroll up 8 times while waiting for it to refresh/buffer after each swipe up just to get to today’s date (week 32, day 5). The app would be so much better…

Add notes field for each exercise for me to communicate with my trainer about the exercises
Have a note field the client can enter any information the trainer needs to know about how the client performed the exercise/move

Set confidence / feel
Would be great to have a simple way to mark the confidence in each set. Something super simple like the “effort” log at the end of the workout, so that I can record whether it was a clean set, or a struggled set, even if I hit the number of reps.

Create easier WOD creation functions
There should be functionality that makes it easier to create and re-create WODs. There are an overwhelming amount of exercises to sift through with minute variations. A solution for this could be done in a few different ways:
Save favorite exercises
Save favorite WODs
Duplicate a past WOD and paste to a new day
Put frequently used exercises at the top of the exercise search list (alphabetical order isn’t super helpful if there are thousands of exercises in the list).12 votes -

Make workouts searchable by type like "all standing". "Chair" "HIIT", etc.
