3/5/10 rep maxes should set for when you go over them
If I do a 5 rep set and it's a greater weight then my previous 3rep max, the app should set the 3 rep max to what I did for a 5 rep set. Right now I am specifically focusing on 5s na dmt three rep max is very weirdly low because it doesn't increase unless I specifically stop at 3 reps

When adding a cardio exercise for workouts I would like to add treadmill stats, not reps & lbs
Today I added treadmill to my workout, it asked me to enter in reps and lbs used, but that's not what treadmill stats are. It would be great to add treadmill into my workout and record my minutes, miles, incline, calories burned just like when treadmill is on a normal warm up for other workouts!

Be able to amend food items
Be able to amend items in the set food items ie die to allergy or not liking one particular part of that food itemS
Eg. Salon bagel - you may not have one of the items - or allergic to one item
At the moment you can’t edit those set food ideas.

When I put in a training for the day, I would like to be able to go back and select that particular training again. Please make that possible!

bug fixes
the app crashes whenever you’re working out with the app. It also makes my phone very slow and turns my music up and down on its own. Also been having problems with it accurately tracking my heart rate when working out with/in app.

I wish you could DM other coaches or other SupraHumans privately. There is no way to send private messages except to coach.
I wish you could message other coaches or other SupraHumans. Maybe you don’t want to ask a question publicly, maybe you want to schedule a workout with someone, maybe you want to ask a question of another coach. Would be great if you could message others in the app.

Watch Clock
Make the clock useable during workout from watch. Right now it only works from my phone app, and if I don’t start the workout from my phone it doesn’t sync with my Apple health apps

Rest pause and drop set as a set
add a set that incorporates rest pause (with options for how many sets in that rest pause set) and same for drop sets. And include a timer in between the sets.

Develop an app for Apple TV so we can start it directly there instead of sharing the screen from the iPhone or iPad

Hide the name of the habit in auto-posts in groups/challenges
Clients might not want others in the group or challenge to see what kind of habit they are performing. Instead of completely hiding all habit completed auto-posts, allow auto posts but hide the name of the habit as it's very individual thing per client.
