Option to log emotions or write notes at the time of eating and/or training
I think it would be amazing to have the option to identify emotions and/or a place to write notes about what deterred me from my healthy eating habits or why I didn't workout as planned. For example: I was feeling stressed out from work; I had an argument with my significant other; a close friend/family member passed away; I got married; I lost my job; I got divorced; I'm overtired; at a holiday party and my self-restraint was gone; I felt depressed or lonely; and any other life factors that impact healthy eating, motivation, and focus. substitute cardio
Make it easier to substitute cardio/interval/conditionng workouts set by trainer. For example, currently if the trainer sets it as running but I want to use the elliptical, I have to go in and substitute each interval and warm up and cool down, rather than being able to say I’m following the same instructions but for a different cardio type.

Timer
There should be a large and easily tappable timer during a workout. The existing one is v small and hard to tap when your fingers are tired.

Access to the recipe once you log the food
If I log recipes/meals in advance for the week to plan, I should be able to click on it to see the ingredients and recipe instead of going to the meal planner to find it.

Add times for tracking
When inputting data such as blood pressure being able to add what time of day to add it. That way when being investigated or any problems arise it is more accurate.

To require less video interaction with exercises
To be able to push the start button watch the exercises smoothly transition from one until done. Then push complete.

Highlight the set/ rep once it's completed
Highlighting the exercise set once it's completed, makes it easier to keep track of which set your up to.

Photos and steps tracking
I would like to be able to find the photos that i send on my coach in a different file. Also it would be good to track steps on its own because of mistakes in sincing with other app.

Have the ability to log each side in the app
If you’re doing 20 reps in total and only manage to do say 9 on the left side and 10 on the right side you need to be able to log which side failed first instead of just recording a whole number as “19” then typing a message.

Substitute ahead of time & copying workout from week prior
The app duplicating the workout for the following week on the same day.
My trainer sets workouts for each week, for 6 weeks. (Same exercises) I have substituted some of the these to suit me. It would be great if when I have completed the workout and done my substitutions that the following week it duplicates it because that’s what I did the week prior.
The ability to substitute workouts ahead of time would be amazing and can’t believe you can’t do this.
I also have to not start the workouts on the app because it takes over my watch…

Voice enhancement
That the app lets me enter meals and snacks by talking to it (voice enhancement) it would be quicker that typing each item separately for example when logging a full meal.

Add ingredients for homemade meals to make a bulk meal and then portion it off for prepacked meals by grams.
Add ingredients to one meal tipe ie 500g mince,1 onion,2tomatoes, 300gmixed veggies etc and then as a collective ve able to measure the packed meals by grams

Choosable Programmation
I would like to choose when to start my program on the app, because it immediately starts the next week. Personally I purchased the program out of curiosity but I plan to train seriously jumping by September.

Populate recipe macros/nutrients automatically into My Fitness Pal and have a fun way to celebrate/validate positive choices that we make.
The ability to see recipe suggestions populate directly into My Fitness Pal. Also, providing recipe suggestions that are easy - a section of 5 Ingredients or Less as well as a ‘Snack Hacks,’ section that you could easily navigate to when you have a weak moment and/or are hangry. It would make it easier to resist making bad decisions out of frustration and/or lack of knowledge. For some of us, these basic skills are something new and honestly a bit foreign! ;)
