Built-in metronome
With a built-in and customizable metronome, we could easily set the pace we use when doing longer workouts. It ensures we're moving quickly enough to reach our targets; but also slowly enough that we won't burn ourselves out before the end of the workout.

Show the weekly average data
It would be great to see the weekly average weight and also the weekly average of other data like body fat, calorie intake, macros, steps, etc.

Make JBF easier to use on a mobile device
I can't seem to get the JBF website to work correctly on my cell phone. I know we are told initially to use a computer for it but my job frowns upon bringing anything other than a cell phone into my work area, plus, I don't like using the work computers for personal stuff.

Accessibility
Entering stats is very challenging if you have visual impairment. Very hard to read or see where the numbers should be entered. Hard to figure out where this is entered when using desktop application.

announcement tone
Use a 3 second countdown tone to prepare the user the next exercise is coming up and change the tone from a soft hard to hear monotone pulse to a bell like in boxing. One rings for start, three rings for stop.

Be able to track future foods
I would like to be able to track foods I am going to eat in the future. If I prep food for breakfast and lunch for the following day it would be nice to track them when I am doing the prepping.

Many blocks go up to 12 minutes but the timer only goes up to 5 minutes

stairmaster
Stairmaster should have steps per minute to replace speed, and steps to replace distance. Flights should not be used because different machines counts flights differently. Levels should not be used because different machines assign different steps per minute to each level.

Add work schedule
Be able to add your work schedule so your trainer can see what days you might be working. Especially for rotation workers.

Should have seperate meal options
I think a Breakfast One and Breakfast two option should be an option for when we have to split our shakes

Category "tiles" under the kettle bell icon so I don't have to scroll thru all the workouts to find what I'm looking for.
The Kettle Bell icon should take you to a second page of "tiles" where each group of exercises is in a "file/tile". Kind of like the tiles for shopping on the Qsciences.com website. I hate having to scroll and scroll to find what I'm looking for. ("Ser More" feature). Its annoying. There isn't even a way to search...at least I haven't found it.

PDF dowload of workout program
Our total plan should be in PDF format for download purpose so that if a person again wants to follow the same then it will easier to access

Changing dates
I would like to be able to change the dates on activities my coach adds, like stretching or cardio, like I can move workouts.

Browse existing workouts
Be able to add new workouts amd stretches that aren't just set by personal trainer; be able to look at what the app already has.

Ability to make a comment attached to a specific exercise in a workout
When doing a workout, there are multiple exercises… but when you want to comment, it is just a generic comment… it would be nice if I can make a comment attached to a specific exercise within the workout session.

At the end of the program it would be cool to be able to downloadable a report with all the data captured during the course/program

Add Fitness Gaming to list of workouts/activities
With VR workouts trending, I suggest including Fitness Gaming as an activity.
