Possibility to track outdoor run distances, or Indoor run distances (treadmill) along with their times and paces.
Similar to “map my run” or “Nike run app”, allow us to click “start” when beginning a run, and this app track our stats such as distance, pace, time, etc. This would be for both indoor runs on a treadmill or outdoor runs.

Recovery Features
Add in recovery features that could sync with workouts (and how heavy/intense they are) with water and food intake to best align rest days and days to push/PR!

Log calories, macros manually.
I log on another app which won’t sync because it’s a clinical trial. Would love to log meals On here though too.

Add scannable feature on each recipe in meal plan to scan in on MyFitness app to track macros
Add QR code or scannable code to each recipe in the meal plan for us to easily and quickly add to our meal tracker!

Do not start workout in Apple Watch when starting workout in Trainerize.
When I begin a workout via the app (start now), it ends my workout in my Apple Watch. This is a problem because through the app, my watch doesn’t read my heart rate so data is entirely inaccurate. I’d prefer to start my workout on my watch separately than the app and then just have that workout data synced after the WO has been completed.

I’d take a pic of every meal I eat for easy addition for calories and recall of what I ate.

Tell me what to eat
Tell me what meals/items to eat based on what my remaining goal status is. Bonus feature- base the suggestion on what I have in my digital fridge.

Able to edit lifting program before starting it not just during the workout.
Ability to Substitute exercises prior to starting program so it’s already all set up when I want to start it

Comment section on strength workouts
It would be helpful to have a comment section on strength exercises to give myself notes such as if I might want to try a heavier weight next time etc

Notes after each complete set
I like to note how hard the set was. If I need to go up in weight or check my form for next time. Also, if I used a band I’d like to be able to note which color for next time.

Improve the timer function. I regularly tap the timer and it fails to start without me realizing it.

Be able to export workout to PDF
Be able to export your weekly workout plan to PDF to keep track of your progression and weight used on previous exercises. Compare progress photos with specific workout plans.
