Can you make Net Carbs an option- I don’t like seeing all the the red under carbs, it makes it look like I went over my meal plan macros.

I’m in a wheelchair and this app has nothing associated with the type of workouts of any kind that is for people in a wheelchair.

Reduce clicks
Improve the user experience by reducing clicks, adding more functionality is expensive and it tends to be for a small minority of users. This app is a training programme and the vision / outcome is to improve overall health and user fitness, it’s not to make the most technical app on the market.

Increase you exercise library with more options for really decommissioned client's (example: wall push ups and ball squats)
Need more levels of same exercises like wall squats to incline knee push ups. And low impact cardio to save joints

Connect to more nutrition tracking apps. Those that are scientifically validated.
I use a food tracking app that provides for food items that are scientifically validated. It also allows for tracking blood glucose and blood ketones. It would be nice to connect this app.

make audio cue volume adjustable
The app dims my music. I try to turn the volume up so I can hear the music but then the audio cues are so loud I’ll wake up the whole house. Please make the audio adjustable so I can either remove the music dimming, or turn down the audio cue volume. My music goes so quiet I can’t even hear it playing

Notes after each complete set
I like to note how hard the set was. If I need to go up in weight or check my form for next time. Also, if I used a band I’d like to be able to note which color for next time.

Show max weight in addition to last weeks weight
Show max weight/ reps not just most recent. Would be helpful if your coming back from injury instead of having to click on an exercise

A second box for weights when you're doing drop sets
When you're doing drop sets you start of with a heavier weight and then move down to a lighter one. Having a second box to write in the lower weight will help you track your dropsets.

Better compatibility between phone and wearable
If I start/end my workout on my phone it doesn’t always carry over to my watch and vice versa
