sync goals to data
If you have a goal set, to reach a certain weight in an exercise (squat 135). If the app can sync that with data coming from the workout to know today you hit that goal and check it off and notify trainer and client it was reached and not have to do it manually.
This could also be good with weight or circumferences. If the goal is to get to a certain number, whenever the info comes into the app that you reached it automatically check off the goal and notify client and trainer

Ability to save workout plans you create
Allow you to save custom workouts you create so you can just click back to them to redo them later on rather than having to recreate them every time/day.

Kg for weights, lb for body weight
I’d like to be able to use kg for the weights in my workout and lbs when entering my body weight. Right now when I change to kg it also changes my body weight calc to kg.

Reduce clicks
Improve the user experience by reducing clicks, adding more functionality is expensive and it tends to be for a small minority of users. This app is a training programme and the vision / outcome is to improve overall health and user fitness, it’s not to make the most technical app on the market.

Allow users to go back to group messages while working out without having to either save or discard the workout and data already entered.

Do not start workout in Apple Watch when starting workout in Trainerize.
When I begin a workout via the app (start now), it ends my workout in my Apple Watch. This is a problem because through the app, my watch doesn’t read my heart rate so data is entirely inaccurate. I’d prefer to start my workout on my watch separately than the app and then just have that workout data synced after the WO has been completed.

Sort comments
Allow the ability to reply to a specific comment in a group and have it sort underneath that comment. Allow the ability to search a group chat for comments from a specific user.

A second box for weights when you're doing drop sets
When you're doing drop sets you start of with a heavier weight and then move down to a lighter one. Having a second box to write in the lower weight will help you track your dropsets.

Enhance the App
Here a few improvement recommendations:
Add Garmen Connect, strava, Goggle Fitness, Peleton, just to name a few
-add a weight tracker most weight scales sync to smart phone so see if they can sync to this app as well.
To activities tab: add swimming, weight lifting, suspension training ie TRX,
To the workout tab:
-Music during all workouts
-More Tabada workout
-durning "healthy living full body circuit" a place to add the reps as soon as the exercise is over. Currently you have to write down all reps and add them at (45,30,15 sec) the end of the entire workout.…9 votes -

The ability to tag an exercise as a favorite. Then be able to have a list of your favorites to add to a workout or use for a freestyle one

Consistency tracker
Have the option to mark that workout as missed workout & an option to put why you missed the workout. Then at the end of the month you can look at the bigger picture & see how consistent you’re being, or lack there of
