Have a custom workout option
To be able to enter a custom workout such as rock climbing or snowboarding. It wouldn’t let me submit it. It only has “gym” options.

Move multiple workouts at once from calendar page
I often have more than one workout scheduled each day. If I need to reschedule, I'd like to be able to quickly check/move multiple workouts from the calendar page rather than having to go into each workout and move them to a different day one by one.

The ability to reuse or copy an old workout
The ability to go back to a workout and copy it to the current date. When my trainer changes my workout plan I’m unable to add the older ones I want to do without having to add a free style and add each exercise in myself

On generic selections add rep count and weight as sometimes this is applicable
Some exercises do not seem to have a selection made yet so the generic option is selected with details of what to do. It only allows input for cardio style info and not reps/weights. For instance, if we are doing leg lifts and rotations.

Add abs/core exercises to planned workout plan
Im current doing a MusclePharm workout plan. It would be good to be able to have a link for more MusclePharm workouts to be able to add abs/core workout. Also for other users to add to their own planned workouts.

Show max weight not max volume
On different days I have the same exercise but different reps with different weights. I want to be able to compare the heavy weight low rep days, rather than the higher rep lower weight days showing up as my PB in comparison due to them having a greater volume. Would be cool to either see max weight, or to compare to last week's workout, rather than to see max volume.

Flights of stairs or vertical distance for stairclimber
Normally for running or walking you track distance, calories, incline etc. but it needs to be more specific per exercise. For example, stair master. Should be number of flights vs distance and level vs incline.

Allow resistance band colours / descriptions to be chosen instead of weight
There’s no way to record the type of resistance band used during an exercise - would like to record which band used so you can track improvement through the resistance bands.

Readiness to train section prior to each session.
Would be great to be able to rate how I'm feeling before each session. Sleep, energy, stress and DOMS.

Copying workouts from weeks prior
Would like to be able to copy a workout from a month ago to current date. Can’t since it’s not in my plan & it’s a pain to have to manually enter a feee workout.

Not force a schedule based on the trainers plan.
When my trainer gives me a new plan the app ‘schedules’ it, says it was scheduled by trainer..but it wasn’t. If my trainer says hiit the app forces stair liner or some such and I can’t delete it. Prefer to schedule the days based on my availability and my access to equipment.

Custom exercise option
Include an option to add an exercise not found in the app with the ability to name and save it with a short description of what you are doing. (Using ViPR weights for example.)
